I would have rated Acura de Laval with 10 stars for the exemplary customer service provided by Ms. Itzel and Mr. Steven Palumbo in accommodating the emergency repair of my MDX had a major electrical issue upon arrival of my son in Montreal from Brooklyn on 1/19/23. Given that the dealership was closed on weekends, Ms. Itzel advised my son to drop off the car on the evening of 1/19/23 so that the issue could be diagnosed early on 1/20/23. I then contacted Ms. Palumbo, who was so reassuring and exerted his best efforts in replacing the alternator and the battery before the dealership closed at 2 pm today. My son was equally impressed by their client support skills. I highly recommend this dealership!

My uncle was planning to buy a Porsche Macan. I took him to here. He never driven an Acura before until today and after trying few cars here, he bought an Rdx in the same day. Definitely more luxurious, economic and especially reliable choice. And the place is extremely beautiful. One of the most luxurious dealership that I’ve ever seen personally. As I told you, we tried about 5-6 cars and took 3-4 hours until deciding. Thank you to Norbert T. For being that patient and helpful to us for hours. Very high customer service quality. Took my newly acquired 2017 TLX 3.5 for servicing. Had an excellent experience ! Patrick was very helpful with technical advice and recommendations on what need to be done and when. No pressure to get anything done, just the right things at the right time. I really appreciated that they looked at the auto idle issue and ordered a part at no cost to fix the issue. Nothing like good service from qualified people.

I spent a few hours with Mr. Eric Azoulay and he was very pleasant to deal with (unlike most other salesmen I saw that day). He was professional, very patient and went above and beyond to work out a great deal for me. I highly recommend dealing with him!

At first, I was sceptical about buying a car from Quebec since I live in Ottawa but let me tell you, it was well worth it. Dealing with William G there was one of the most pleasant sales/customer experiences I've had as he made everything so easy. The dealership was gorgeous and when I arrived, I was greeted by the Manager and everyone there. They walked me through all the steps, had my new Integra beautifully prepared for my test drive/viewing, and they even set me up in a private office to work while waiting for the delivery of my car. They also set up all the paperwork so that it was very easy to register everything back in Ontario and didn't have to deal with the taxation headaches. They have a great selection of cars and would definitely recommend going there if you're in the market for a new car.
