Today, my friend and I took a drive out to Banff for the day as I am visiting from Ontario. As we are driving, I get a stone in my windshield. We weren’t able to get it filled in Canmore or Banff, so after our day, we returned to Calgary and I drive here based on a referral from my friend. She had a similar experience with a rock and a chip recently, and was taken care of very well here. I arrived and they handled it right away. The staff was super friendly, professional and courteous. Good prices. They had it fixed perfectly in no time, and really went the extra mile with a wonderful surprise when I got back into my car. You can’t even see where my windshield was hit. Highly recommend.

I took my car in today and I couldn't be more impressed. Joe, Kelly and Brandon were very helpful and professional. The service was quick, and the job done well (thank you to the installers). I would HIGHLY recommend Crystal Glass.

Quality work and amazing customer service. Have taken my personal vehicle once and my work vehicle once.When I picked up my work vehicle I was told the rock chip repair was complimentary. Even though my employer was going to pay for it. It still made my day.

Crystal Glass was able to get my vehicle in right away for a windshield replacement which was an unexpected surprise. The staff were friendly and professional. Pricing was fair/reasonable. I will use them again and recommend to anyone needing glass maintenance/servicing for their vehicle.

The work and service were fine however I planned to stay in the area if it was going to be within 2 hours. I was told it would be 3 or 4 hours so I made my way home, arriving 1 1/2 hours later. I found a message on my home phone that my car was ready. There was no message on my cell phone even though I’d left that number as well. I made no fuss when I picked up the car as the same person I’d left it with was pleasant so I only asked about the job being done quickly. He said that sometimes they had a cancellation.The only reason I’m mentioning this is to encourage slightly more communication at check-in so the walk to the train, lunch downtown, another train and a bus might be avoided in future. It wasn’t busy when I left the car and I don’t mean to cause any problem for the man at the counter who was polite throughout. I don’t like to draw attention to my age, which is 82, but being made aware of my options would have been appreciated.

The staff there are amazing. They looked after my windshield issues with complete professionalism. Special thanks to Joe he took the time to ensure that everything went perfectly.Joe and the staff really went about and beyond to accomplish this.Highly recommend. Prompt, efficient and friendly service! Much easier and faster to book and have my windshield replaced than another place I had considered.
