Was just in here, the person at the till was scrolling on his phone, had to say something to get his attention. Recieved no straws, napkins, sauce, utensils, after asking several times. If you don't want to work at your job, why even go in?

I love KFC... Those 11 herbs and spices really do it for me. Came in to grab some take-out after a hard day with a friend in the hospital, got back to the hotel only to find a couple of key items I ordered were not in the bag. I called and drove back to the store to get my missing items and the store staff were very apologetic and gracious about the whole thing and even gave me a little more for the inconvenience, without me having to ask. We all make mistakes sometimes, it's how you rectify those mistakes that really makes or breaks an experience. Well done folks, well done :)

Ordered ahead on their website. A chicken sandwich combo with no pickles or sauces on it. A 4 piece box as well.The sandwich was slathered in mayo and pickles. The chicken was as hard as a rock and ice cold..... my kid wouldnt eat it. Fries for both meals were ice cold. I was there 10 minutes after ordering.They even had the drinks wrong.So to recap, we were given old cold food, and no one working there can read English instructions.Wont be back.

Was very upset to arrive at the store on December 23rd to pick up an order for our annual Christmas Eve Party (a day early) to find the doors locked, not only that, two staff members sitting inside at a table not even bothering to come to the door to explain why they are closed. Yes it was the day of the storm, but it was not bad in London - at least an explanation on the door would have been suffice! We ended up going to Highbury location and they bent over backwards to help. Lost a customer of 20 years which was already halfway out the door after dealing with the manager when I placed the order, I honestly felt like I was wasting her time.... I know customer service is hard, and I don't usually complain, but from order to pick up it was very unprofessional.

Why is it when something that tastes so good is so bad for you? This is especially true for KFC. The leader in walking heart attack fast food. It doesn't matter if we received bad service, if the chicken pieces are too small, too salty, too greasy, most of us always go back.This particular KFC, at 1683 Dundas St, London, is pretty much like any other KFC I've been too. The pace here is fast, robust and I was served in a prompt and timely manner. The restaurant is clean and tidy and all Covid 19 protocols are followed. My order; three chicken breasts and small fries was given to me in less then five minutes, even though I placed that order at 5:30 p.m. Not bad, eh? Yes, the Chicken pieces were small... the new normal I suppose, but the chicken was good.One thing I noted while going over past reviews for this particular KFC is the lack of owner/management participation in this forum, nothing, not a peep. No comments no nothing concerning customer reviews. Hello... are you there?

0 Stars Called in for a quick dinner on my way home. 3 people waiting already. 2 people in front of us ordering. I order, then my brother orders. The 2 people in front of us got their order, then 1 person that was waiting. I get my order, then my brother gets his order. 2 more people come in to place an order as we are leaving. 2 of the original people are still waiting for their order. WTH The cashier/clerk was having a very hard time trying to keep orders straight and communicating with the cooks. The windows in the place were disgusting - from inside it looked like each window had been washed with dirty, greasy water - it was unbelievable and disgusting to see in an eating establishment (or anywhere else for that matter). I'm sorry I didn't take a picture. To top it off my dinner was cold. Last time ordering from them. Management or owner needs to check on this store quickly !!!!!!

Allways problems with the orders and some of the new stuff is really rude. The last time i was there, i ordered order in the amount of 80 dollars, and when i questioned my order if all the food was in the bag with the person at the register, the one inside putting the food in the bags come out and started taking the food from the bag slamming the food on the counter all because i asked if all the food was inside. I thought i had ordered something else, and that was the reason i questioned my order. There was no need to be slaming the items only because i questioned my order she was very rude. This was a young new person .

Wanted to order a bulk order (over 100 peices) was informed by the manager" they do not take phone orders in advance. Waited 35 minutes and they complained it was a large order.... well ya that's why I tried to call ahead.... nothing but attitude. I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to another location next time."

Very sweet lovely cash girl, but was quite bothered by the fact she took money with her gloved hand then proceeded to make my food.. kinda gross, fries and chicken poppers cold. Sandwich nice and fresh thankfully since I had to wait, will not be returning in the future

I ordered pick up. Waited 15 mins and when I came to this location, they said they couldn’t find my order. Took 5 mins to find my order and waited another 10 mins. Not even a word sorry. The cashier asked my if I want any sauce, and she threw it on the counter. Rude cashier and worst customer service. When I got home, the chicken wings were dry. Don’t recommend coming to this location. Highbury is better service.
