The foods taste good, the serving is generous and the prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is okay and not too noisy. The crews are polite and respectful. But i hope they will improve on making sure that the floor is not as slippery/oily for safety reason. Warning on tipping or gratuity: Suggested to give 10% to 15% Discount: 5% if you pay cash.

Patrons come here for the daily lunch combo specials or afternoon tea combos as it offers great value. Even if the restaurant is full, you should be able to get seats with a few minutes wait.Food taste is average, but portions of carbohydrates given are huge. Can't complain for the price they are charging. For most people, they will have leftovers to take home.Staff are friendly and helpful.

Did I just get scammed?Came for the afternoon tea menu but when I got the bill, lady said the prices on the menu is no longer valid and upcharged me for all dishes. She claimed due to inflation the menu prices are wrong.The restaurant should update the menus if those prices aren't the real price you charge customers. The food is good, but I'm left with a really sour tasteMaybe because I don't speak their language they feel they can do this???

I love this restaurant! The staff are extraordinary and very attentive. The food is so tasty and delicious. I had the dragon crab in Maggies style and I’ve had the dragon crab and ginger and onion and the lemon chicken spicy. I’ve been back so many times have tried just about everything. It’s absolutely delicious I must try!

Not busy when I arrived, but still waited 10 minutes to put our orders in. Both servers were extremely rude. Server talks over you when ordering. Unpleasant experience.Edit: after ordering the food did come quick and the decent portioned.

I would say it's very crowded and cramped but that isn't their fault, really simple design inside. Their squid kebab's flavor was too strong for my personal liking. The food was pretty good though, like the sweet and sour pork. I did see a bit of leftover oil on the cutlery so I had to wash it with their tea, their tea was boiling hot so I burnt myself but that part's on me. Another thing is I wish water was set on the table and ready when you first sit down, but this is Chinese Cuisine so it makes sense. Some of the tables with sheets on them had stains and residue. The waiters are really nice and adorable in a platonic way of course, the staff were amazing overall. There are also cute little sea creatures you can see when you walk in. And I found a secret on my plate after cleaning it with tea... AMONG US.

I had an amazing experience at Mr. Congee restaurant! The congee was flavorful and comforting, and the selection of toppings was impressive. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that my meal was exactly what I wanted. The restaurant itself has a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for a casual lunch or supper. I highly recommend giving Mr. Congee a try!

Prices of the food in both Mr Congee are very fair and reasonable and the portions are never a problem so you get the bang for the buck. The warden location might be a bit more crowded as it’s public transit accessible. Quality and services would be similar for both locations. Evening meal experience has been very good too. Worth checking out if you’ve never been.

Large selection of HK style dishes for reasonable prices. Typically very busy on weekends, but easy to get a table on weekdays. They gave pumpkin dessert soup for free so I gave them 5 stars. There is 5% discount when you pay cash.
