Nice Nail

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SALON. they messed up my nails, all uneven then i called and they told me it was my fault. a simple acrylic nail is FAR BEYOND their skill set. horrible customer service and the man who works then is unprofessional and horrible to deal with. messes up your nails then will tell you it’s your fault. a second grade student could have done a better job. don’t waste your money, time or peace of mind by going to this disgusting shop<3

Very efficient and friendly. The nail designs/shapes/colours are a bit dated and I had to do some filing when I go home as the shape and thickness wasn't quite right, but it was a very busy day for the techs, so I understand they were probably a bit rushed.

I called in and they said my total for a gel pedicure would be 45 bucks, and an extra 8 for a design. I calculated it and it should've been a total of 53. She continued to charge my friend 63 dollars and then when she told me it'd be 63 dollars the other worker said no it was only 53, she was only supposed to charge 53 and and she continued to charge 63. Not going again

Everyone Bebe and Philip are very kind and welcoming and I make a point to support their business whenever I am in town. However, I feel like lately they over book themselves and make all of the customers feel rushed. I have no problem paying for fancier nails as Bebe does great nail art. It’s just I don’t think I should have to wait 2 hours because there’s way too many people for the staff to accommodate. My nails always turn out beautiful and I want to support this business but I am thinking of switching to another nail salon.

This is by far my favourite Nail place in Lethbridge! BeBe did my nail design yesterday and I am obsessed! Every experience my mom Terri and I have had there is always above and beyond amazing!

Got my nails done with my mother the day before Mother’s Day but not to impressed with their work. I got a full acrylic set, design and paint was nice but nails were very uneven and they look ugly to me and they rushed us and my mother wasn’t happy with hers either

Went to Nice Nails this morning for a new acrylic set and i have nothing but amazing things to say. I was there less than an hour and my nails are perfect. I believe it was the owner that did them. He made small talk and was super friendly. Highly recommend.

I got my nails done from this place. They rushed me and my nails look gross. I showed them the picture and they don’t look anything like it. The design was very simple. I wanted coffin nails with hot pink outline. They messed up so bad. And when I asked them to fixed it they rolled there eyes. They over charged me and when I asked if I can pay credit with gst. She started getting aggressive. Such rude customer service save your money and don’t go. They run a cash business so they don’t need to pay taxes to the government. Cheap place!

literally do NOT go here! save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else. I wanted very simple nails. I called and made an appointment 2 hours in advance of showing up and when I got there it was clear they were over booked. there was not a single staff member that did not have 1 client or more. After my nails were started and the guy added the tips he didn't ask me about how I liked the length, when I tried to tell him they were too short he had literally already cut them to whatever length. Their debit machine was down, not there fault but no one mentioned it to me when I made the appointment or at anytime through the appointment until I asked about it. On to the nails. these are very clearly rushed. they are all uneven,,,, dramatically uneven, they are slanted and not well shaped, I asked for almond shaped and I have something along the lines of stiletto. at the end of the appointment the guy asked if I liked them and at this point I had no more capacity to be in there and even if I had vocalized my disappoint, there was 3 other people who had been overbooked and were waiting. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your time with this place if you are getting a manicure.
