I have dealt with large pharmacies for years and been sadly disappointedwith customer service,and either subing or always running shortof prescribed meds. this store is so different, you are treated with respect and a very friendly atmosphere, love it, will never go back to big pharma!

Paulo and Tracy are incredible pharmacists. They really know which medications are most effective. Super knowledgeable and their timing on prescriptions is amazing. I only go to them for all my pharmaceutical products! Hands down the best in town.

I have been a patient of Palo's since before he owned The Medicine Shoppe. We literally moved our prescriptions from one pharmacy to another so we could stay under his care. Since he has had The Medicine Shoppe we continue to receive outstanding, knowledgable service. We assume he expects the same from his staff, because any staff we have met less than stellar don't seem to last. Palo and all of the staff, are caring, will go the extra mile to take care of your needs, and know their stuff. It['s like the 80's, having a small town pharmacy. West Kelowna and Kelowna are very lucky to have such a great pharmacy. Don't hesitate to take your prescriptions here.

Visiting family in Kelowna on Sept 10. As soon as I got off from the plane, my eyes were teary due to the smoke in the air. I also have asthma and so the smoke triggered my coughing. I realized I forgot my puffer in Calgary. I went to the Medicine Shoppe and the pharmacist, Paolo Sales, was very helpful. He phoned Co-op pharmacy in Calgary and had my prescription forwarded and in 20 minutes, I received my puffer. That is what I call good and efficient service.
