The dishwasher was not operating correctly, and there was an excess of water. When John ran diagnostics, it was revealed that the issue was not a breakdown, but rather blocked pipes. John dismantled, cleaned, examined, and adjusted everything. Provided us with some recommendations and provided a discount. I absolutely like this approach towards a customer!

My Bosch washing machine that was a little over a year old all of a sudden stopped working. When I pushed the power button I got no response from the machine. We have used Alpha appliance for several years. I always appreciate their prompt response, knowledgeable and friendly techs, honest information, and reasonable prices. They will always tell you if an appliance is worth fixing or if it's more affordable to replace. Last time, after a dishwasher repair, the tech cleaned up the floor where they had made a mess!!
