Supplies fasteners not generally available at a generic hardware store, which is a definite plus. However this location is lacking in their promptness to respond to a potential bulk order via email. Will be submitting a credit application shortly and dependent on how long the account takes to set up, may bump up to 5 stars.

Had renos done at home. Contractor bought some materials. Couple.of anchors left over (not a huge amount maybe $25 worth). First counter person said that I was over the 30 day return by a couple of days, then when I asked for a manager, some guy with a smug smile stated he couldn't return due to 30 day policy and then he tried to say also due to condition....REALLY?????The product was still in its original packaging amd.never removed. Terrible experience. Better to deal with big box stores. CONSUMERS BE WARE!!!!

I am utterly thankful and amazed by the customer service I received from Sukhjit the branch supervisor. I had a broken bolt inside a a machine and Sukhjit put the time and effort helping me extract the broken bolt. He was extremely understanding by the urgency of the matter and went above and beyond to help me out.He really saved me and made my day by his patience and care! My experience at Brafasco made me realize there are a lot of good people in the world who selflessly tend to help others!Sukhjit if you are reading this: THANK YOU!

Brilliant store they couldn’t help me enough and they answered all of my questions !Fantastic customer service !Other stores could do with being more like these guys. Especially SUKHJIT ! He was great, thanks so much

This visit I only needed to buy 4 stainless nylock nuts...they basically told me to get lost. They have a $25 min charge, otherwise they don't want to help you with anything. If you need a small item don't bother going here.

What a joke. Could not tell if bolt is standard or metric while using sizing board and then couldn’t be bothered looking to see if they had what we needed
