Wazzi's Towing

My daughter got pulled into the ditch on the west end of the 417. When I got there to support her while waiting for tow truck … out of no where Wazzi and his brother showed up to help. As a parent you have no idea how your kindness and compassion were appreciated. You made her first “ditch” experience a lot less scary. Thank you once again for your help.

Highly recommend, they have incredible service. They quickly responded to my car in the ditch, had me out and ready to go again in no time. Rates are very reasonable for the high quality service they offer.Would definitely call again for any future issues!

Wazzi went above and beyond with his customer service, I needed a tow and he was there in 10 minutes. My first time needing a tow and I cannot express how overjoyed I am that Wazzi was called.If I ever find myself needing roadside assistance I’m calling Wazzi, I’m telling all of my friends and family about him too!IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR AN HONEST TOW COMPANY LOOK NO FURTHER. 11/10

Would not recommend.The driver was very late. He didn't even put in the address and just wandered up and down the road before calling again.Once he towed my vehicle to the destination, he informed me it was over 200 for less than a 5km distance. His reason was that the city of Ottawa has taken over the tow trucks and is gouging everyone.He then pressured me into paying cash to save 50 and didn't give me a receipt or any proof of the tow.Very shady, dishonest, and the delay cost me a significant time loss. I would hesitate to call up this company again.

Jan 25. I was driving in the crazy snow storm, no plows had gone by and my car went off the road. no matter what I did there was no chance I could get off the road. Then by some miracle Wazzi’s towing drove by and offered to get me out. They saved me and my car. Service was incredible and they were so kind! Will definitely call if I need ANYTHING else.

Wazzi came and picked me up in a reasonable amount of time, loaded my car with great care and helped me when other tow companies wouldn’t come. I hope to never use his service again but if I need a tow I 100% will call Wazzi

Wazzi rescued me from the traffic of the 417, towed all the way to Carleton Place, on his day off! Professional, reliable and ethical. Will be first call for towing but I hope I never do again...:)

10/10, incredible service! I can not give this company enough praise. This is one of those rare companies you can depend on. They are honest and have only the customers interest at heart.I was broken down missing a wheel, diagonal in-front of the entrance of the 417 with two kids. Wazzi like a hero was there in minutes and took my car and i to where needed. He accompanied me into the dealership to make sure I was taken care of. Such a positive experience considering the circumstances. I highly recommend keeping Wazzi’s number as a must on your emergency contacts if ever you need his services.Thank you! for your advice, guidence and impeciable service!

these are the guys who you want for all your towing needs! I had a tire blow out on the the highway with my 2 sons with me. the ownerwas absolutely amazing at responding not only at responding he went above and beyond for us to be sure we were safe and road worthy! my spare ended up being flat, he didnt have a truck with an air machine with him. wazzi wasnt comfortable leaving us on the highway so he towed us to his shop and made sure the spare was good to go thank youuu!
