Great crew. Got me in with 30 minutes left till closing and still got the flat done. Even pointed me in the right direction of the giant lure! And the lobby smells nice. What a great place!

Super accommodating by dropping me off at work and picking me up so I could collect my vehicle. Competitive on prices, and did a great job with changing my tires over. Defiantly will be back.

The only place I take all our vehicles. I've been dealing with Fountain Tire for years. I can't say enough about the quality of service.It was fantastic service before Russell took over, and he has continued that tradition of excellence.

Always get the absolute best service here. Went in this morning with no appointment (a busy Friday before a long weekend) with a screw in my tire & I had to get to Ponoka in 1.5 hours for a different appointment with my little guy. With zero hesitation they fit me in so that I didn't go out on the highway like that. They'll always have our business.

So impressed with my experience with Fountain Tire. I called yesterday and Tony got me an appointment for 9:30am today to check out a leak. They got my vehicle in promptly and Tim had a diagnostic report for me in soon after. The wonderful news was that they were able to do the repairs today too! Sorry I don't know the mechanics name but thanks a bunch to you too.Joan :)

We were in town for a wedding, and woke up with a flat tire. Got a tow because the driver couldn’t help us, but lucky for us the attendant was still there helping another customer. He stayed late on a Saturday, fixed my tire and got me back on the road, basically saving our trip, all after closing time. I HIGHLY recommend this fountain tire due to its amazing customer service!!

The young man who drove the mobile service truck on February 9, 2021 was fantastic! He was very friendly, worked quickly and had me back on my way in next to no time. It was -40 and I sure was appreciative of the help. Thank you!

Russ and Steve are awesome guys who run an honest shop. They'll do the best they can to help you out or give advice on where to go if they don't do it. Definitely recommend!

I ordered and booked winter tires for my new car. I was told on the phone when booking the appointment that it would take less than half hour. When I show up for my appointment at 3pm I'm told it takes around two hours to install new tires and configure tire pressure monitors. My new vehicle has an app that shows excatly when your vehicle was moved last. My car was not moved into the shop until 4:30. I wasted an hour and half at McDonald's waiting for my vehicle that was just sitting in their parking lot. Next time be honest with your customers if you're behind, And maybe realize that vehicles have apps that share location. I won't be back after buying four sets of tires in three years. I received a call at 4:50 pm and was advised the tires don't even fit in my car. I asked the guy why they didn't know this at 3 when my appointment was and he proceed to lie to me again. Very unprofessional, poor service. Be honest.
