Absolutely ridiculous return policy. Bought a smoke damaged item that was sold to me in a sealed plastic bag. When I got home and realized the item reeked of smoke and was causing my partner allergy issues I returned within 3 days. Even though we were told we'd have 7 days to return the item for a full refund, we were offered store credit because there was nothing wrong with it". Smoke damage is damage. Completely disappointed

Total joke say they'll take something on the phone brought it in they offer half of what they said then change their mind n won't take it stupid service

This place is very friendly and fair. It is what it is, but the staff make it that much better. Great selection of items.

They like to make things look alot less then there value and they try to send perfectly good games away because of attitude issues in the shop. I would not recommend savings workd to anyone who wants at least close to your value. And if you want good service with no attitude then please find else where to pawn or sell your products. My rating will not change for this establishment. Also have respect for others belongings. I've brought in a speaker a few times and every time I come get it. It's dead. When it went in fully charged. And if it was off it wouldnt lose power plus they dont like to take care of discs. They will drop them back I to a case without securing the item. No good and they need to be shut down for good.

The have a small tool section but usually it is reasonably priced. Fishing items are ok but should be cheaper given their proximity to the much larger and better stocked tackle store next door

I have dealt with these same people since I was a younger. They have always been kind, they offer skate sharpening, and they have some great items. I have never had an issue at this location

Best place in town to get your skates sharpened. Very fast and very friendly. Sharpen 3 pairs of skates soon as i walked in 2 machines goin no need to wait or come back. Awsome service

They told my my diamond engagement ring was fake, and that the setting was cracked. I took it to Hess Jewellers immediately after and the Jeweller there inspected it and said it was real and it was not cracked as they said. If they know nothing about jewelry, they should be buying or selling it. Will not go there again!!!!!

Was impressed with the skate sharpening, fixed and straightened up my blades from a bad sharpening and very friendly customer service

Brought in a necklace to sell, after trying to look smart inspecting the item the woman at the counter said the diamonds weren't real. It was from People's Jewellers, the diamond store. Contacted People's Jewellers to inquire if the necklace had ever been made available in cubic zirconia for purchase. This item had not been made in a CZ option. Took the item in to be inspected and tested. The diamonds are real. Clearly your staff should not be dealing with appraisals and need better training.
