Paradise Lodge & Bungalows
The Paradise Lodge and Bungalows are perfectly located at Lake Louise. The bungalows are clean and roomy. The staff are friendly and do a great job. I would recommend a stay here. Hopefully we will be back in Lake Louise again one day and we would certainly stay there again.

Came here for our Anniversary. We will definitely come back again. Cute place. Impeccably maintained and clean. Our room (#41) was spacious, nicely decorated and super clean. Kitchenette had everything we needed. Gas fireplace, in room safe and 2 TVs. We raced out early one morning and returned to find our dishes washed, bed made and room cleaned up as if we had arrived the first day. Fantastic service. Really happy we found this place.

We stayed in a Wilson cabin, and the cabin itself was absolutely adorable! Bed was comfy, gas stove was super cozy and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The cabins were very close to each other, so they don’t have any privacy, which we didn’t expect and were very close to the busy road so they were a bit noisy. Overall a good stay though! One thing to note is that we had issues getting reservations or even let into any restaurants in town as they are mostly part of other lodging establishments and were only accepting room guests. So just something to keep in mind and maybe try to plan in advance or call around. Location in relation to Moraine and Lake Louise is perfect! Especially with the ability to drive all the way down to the lakes late in the evening when there are minimal people there. The history of the cabins is also really cool!!

This place is fantastic! We are staying in a cabin. Wonderful check-in/front desk staff. Cabin is exceptionally clean. Booked to is the grill between 5 and 6 pm and the staff had it cleaned and even fired up and ready to go for us!20 minute walk to Lake Louise. You have to be in somewhat good shape as it is not a level walk with at least one bit of fairly steep uphill. Great to be able to walk to the lake and do hikes without driving.

This place is top notch. I don't describe places, people, or things as cute, but that is how I described the cabin that we stayed in. This is a property that is taken care of. The staff seem to care and the overall impression is that little things matter. The cabin itself is very small, but perfect for two. Very clean, cozy, well lit, and quiet.Perfect place for this couple.Only took off one star on location due to the bummer of the busy road. It is also a bit of a walk to the village or to the lake. However, this is just par for the course up here. Be prepared to walk. A lot!

Easy 5 star for me. This is the best cabin I ever stayed at. We stayed at Feuz Cabin. It locates at the back of the property. Very quiet and great view facing the forest. The room is relatively small, but very clean and cozy. Staff are super friendly. The lodge is about 20 mins walk to Lake Louise, which is convenient. There is a connector shuttle between Lake Louise and Moraine Lake.Tip: If you plan to hang out a lot at the balcony, be sure to bring some bug repellent. There are a lot of mosquitos during the summer time.

On June 25 There was a fatality crash on HWY 93 resulting in an 11+ hour closure until Midnight near sunwepta falls. This made it IMPOSSIBLE to make our reservation. I had to FIGHT tooth and nail and plead with the manager over two separate phone calls to get a refund despite their no cancellation policy. I had to beg her to show some humility" and that this was an opportunity for her to make this a positive experience for me as a customer. This was an unfortunate event for HUNDREDS on the hwy and the person who died that day. No one could predict such an unforseen and unfortunate event. I have given a 2/5 instead of 1/5 only because in the end the manager begrudgingly refunded my money. It was an awful experience."

Paradise Lodge & Bungalows
We stayed mid June for 4 nights and absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect for all the outdoor activities we wanted to do during our trip. Loved that we could walk to Lake Louise in 20 minutes. It was peaceful and quiet. We stayed in a Peyto cabin and it had everything we needed and was very cozy. Will definitely stay here again when we return in the future.
