Pathetic service would rate a 0 if possible, paid for a program on the website and have not been able to access it. left voice mails and emails have not got a response in over a week. they take your money and thats were the service ends. tried multiple times to contact and got nowhere.Users be warned, better of getting educational material elsewhere bc this is just a money grab

Inconvenient is the best way to describe this place. Hard to get to, closed 30 minutes early then the posted time and they don’t sell the books on site. Lady answering the buzzer outside in the lobby was rude. Its like they’re trying their best to be the worst. Amazing…

I orded one for my skill trade exam sturdy, the content of test is very easy in comparision to the actual test and high cost as well. I didn't recomment to buy!

Avoid at all costs. Customer service is horrible. They don't care about students at all. Can't speak with a supervisor even if you ask. They will tell you they don't have one. Currently falling behind due to them having printing delays. Even after you order your books in soft cover format and they can't deliver it to you. You may think of going to a online only version or maybe cancel your order and get one off market place. Nope you can't do that. No refunds allowed. They didn't tell me that they had delays now they have my money and won't give it back.

I purchased the top package for the red seal electrician study guide that included a new code book, two online courses and two paper back books for roughly over $700.00.The online courses were only valid for three months on-top of me not passing my exam, so I wasted my money. Especially since I have tried contacting orderline to voice my displeasure with this robbery. I literally threw away money to fail a course, funny how something like this has a timeline but yet so expensive while I'm trying to work and provide for a family. It actually made my situation worse. Really disheartening that orderline can't seem to answer the phone orspeak with me via email or message, after taking my money.Update: not to mention I deal with ulcerative colitis so when it comes to writing exams, it's not my strength due to anxiety and illness. The more people I speak with, the more people tell me to take this Orderline situation to the media because it seems to be rather cruel on their part

The small buildings course did absolutely NOTHING to prepare me to take the small buildings exam I just finished and probably failed. It is a scam and a useless waste of money.I bought the online small building course and I was instantly disappointed it was just exam questions and some diagrams. I still worked on it for many many hours, did well on their exams, and completed all the questions which keep getting repeated within the longer modules. And it was a complete waste of time. It maybe helped or covered 3 or 4 question in the exam.Plus there are so many typos and illogical questions in the course". It does not teach you anything or prepare you for the intense questions of the exam. For example: nowhere on the exams is there a type of question where one of the answers says: "both a) or b)"

I'd without hesitation give them a Big ZERO" if I could. If you can find ANY other option to learn what you need then use it! I'm a Master Electrician

Would rate 0 if I could. Terrible service. Paid for a 3-month course, almost all the quizzes have typo which make everything very confusing. Been sending multiple inquiries and follow-ups about some of the questions for more than a month already and still have not heard anything from the course coordinator.BUYER BEWARE, spend your money elsewhere!

They don't answer the phone and you can't buy book on site so what's the point of this business? Just shut down already, you're more than half way there!
