Jessica is both highly knowledgeable and highly skilled - not to mention friendly and kind. She is attentive to changing needs and adapts her treatments accordingly. She has helped me regain shoulder mobility which I thought was lost for good. I appreciate that she provides advice for stretching and strengthening routines between visits. Her workspace feels welcoming and safe. And she has a great playlist!

I have been seeing Jessica for two years now and I can't express how happy I am with her service! She takes the time to listen to you, ask what you would like to work on, and is available even at short notice. She has hours outside of many massage therapists 9-5 schedule, making it easy to get an appointment for after my work day ends. I went from therapist to therapist, searching for the person that listened and actually helped, but my search has ended with Jessica.

She has helped me resolve a stubborn shoulder problem through focused massage and exercises. She is professional in her manner but also very friendly. Jessica Ryan Massage therapy is by far the best. I'm in the military and my job requires field work and ruck march among other things. There is a point in time where bending and twisting my body frequently disrupt my life. Half way through my massage session I feel more centered and grounded and at the end it’s feel great to be rejuvenated.
