Went here with my lady friend, great place to get some gifts for that special girl.

Cute stuff not for plussize ppl most stuff only goes to size Large

Horrible experience. All of my children were wearing their masks because they wouldn't even let us in the store without(even though no other store in the mall even mentioned having the children masked). They pretty much followed us around the store constantly nagging us to make sure the kids masks were completely over their noses. They huddled in a bunch and watched over us like vultures and would not leave us alone. As parents its already hard enough trying to keep the kids around you let alone have to worry about nagging grownups who wont give you a break. I understand there is a pandemic " but comeon!!! Will be staying away from that store until this $#!t is over"

I like the stores, the staff, and styles of clothing and footwear. The only thing missing is clothing for the plus sized people and footwear for people with wide feet. Overall, Ardenes are fantastic stores for the majority of the people

Called ahead today for sizing on bras. Got to the store and the entire section was blocked off by boxes! Multiple areas of the store were being remerchandised and none of the associates seemed to be concerned with any customers. I asked about a sale I saw online and the girl said no and went on working. I went to the cash desk to ask for the head office number and the girl working didn't even bother to ask me why so I decided to go spend my money at La Senza.I've been shopping at your store for years- and my daughter loves your store- you just lost 2 loyal customers

It use to be great for growing girls because it was cheep clothes for a cheep price, but now its cheep clothes for an expensive price. The only thing worth getting there is shoes and undershirts.

Horrible customer service and cheap quality clothing. I bought a pair of shorts and ironed them on low as the instructions said and they melted.

Was offered no help... when I asked what size the shorts went up to she simply replied ahhhhh I think large .... again with no offer to helo look... at the time there were more associates in there then customers... so I left. For the record, I'm a 12... I can usually fit in a large but I was too disappointed in the lack of help to bother trying

The rude employee at the fitting room kinda put a damper on my whole shopping experience at this Ardene.

Cheaper, good range of clothes and colors ,also shoes. Quality is not so good. But if you don't mind chucking them in a couple months or something, it is usually okay.
