Great place for printing, even though the price of color prints is. Bit on the high side.Staff are helfull and polite. I am a repeat cuctomer

Just went to the one on tenth and innes to get something printed 13x19 and the guy at the counter told me to put my order online advised him the the size I want is not a option online, then he goes on to tell me he can't help me as he has customers waiting. I guess after waiting in line for 20 minutes I'm not a customer. Will not be spending anymore time or money there again.

This place is the worth when it comes to customer service in print and copy department ,the staffs are under pressure and if you asking question they become so aggressive and rude.They should have more people to give a good service .

Understaffed yes, but after years of retail I understand that rarely does the person in front of me write the schedule. What is worth it for me is the way I am always greeted with a smile and helped as quickly as possible. Whether I'm picking up an online order (easy and convenient) or trying to figure out how to scan and upload a 50pg document, they help me as soon as they can and I never feel like I'm bothering them.

My issue is with Staples Canada and not this particular location. Looking for help on a warranty issue with an ACER Chromebook before Christmas and my particular issue was not covered by the extended warranty which, fair enough. I did not agree with their assessment but after 3 trips and two phone calls it was clear that they were not going to help me, it was black and white in their opinion. Fast forward to today, I called the warranty line too log a separate issue that we are experiencing that seems to be hardware related which, is covered under our extended warranty only to find out that my warranty is now on hold due to my previous denied claim. I could understand that if they were to look at the Chromebook and found it to be related I would have to accept this answer, but to have it be denied without even seeing if it is in fact related really disappoints me. It is clear that what was once an industry leading warranty and level of customer service, which is why I purchased my last two laptops from Staples is now more about dollars then helping customers.
