Absolutely amazing team. I've went into their shop multiple times for performance upgrades. Trevor is very knowledgeable about parts and was able to provide many options for upgrades. Their team had some issues with removing parts from my car due to rust issues but were able to resolve them quickly. Overall, a pleasant experience with all staff in their various teams and even better results on the car.

I been working with Chris for two years working on a project doing an engine swap on a Porsche 911. The team is very professional and understanding to my budget . Of all the estimates received on doing the job , Riegal tuning is by far the most detail and comprehensive. They are very up front with what can go wrong and to budget accordingly . Tunerworks was really great to deal with. I left my car with Tunerworks and the next day I received an email that they would begin the diagnosis process. This always scares me as I feel I never know what is truly wrong. Tunerworks sent me an in depth report with pictures (amazing) showing me everything that was wrong with my car. The report also broke out into components what was needed in order for the car to be safe to drive and what was suggested to help the car run in the best order; this allowed me to decide financially what I could afford to get my car back and the road. This also made me feel so comfortable that the mechanics were being very honest as I could see in the picture images of what had happened. When I arrived at their location to pick up my car I met the technician who worked on my vehicle Sean and he was really into his job and seemed very alert and excited to be doing his job.My car is now running great and I would definitely refer individuals to this shop.

Vehicle: Porsche 911 Turbo. Excellent technical workmanship. Top notch communication. Their focus on keeping me informed throughout the 2 week repair including sending me photos of my actual car and engine/cooling system and sending me porsche technical information was amazing. Fantastic shop to work with. They stand behind their work. I had a small issue post-install with some suspension components and they did all the troubleshooting (not easy), fixed the problem quickly and kept me informed along they way - all for no charge. I couldn't be happier. 5-star recommendation well earned.

I recently had my 991 911 4S in for new tires and an alignment. Tunerworks was able to source the correct tires at a reasonable price. This is not easy in the supply challenged scenario we are currently in. When I picked up my vehicle it was obvious to me that care was given when it was worked on. The wheels were spotless, while installing the new tires, the barrels were completely cleaned. Tunerworks supplied a printed alignment spec sheet. My car was clearly out of align and now post alignment it most definitely drives better. My car was also washed prior to me picking it up. Great service! I trust Rob and the all the Tunerwork’s team in regards to all the services they offer (accessories, performance enhancement, wheels/tires, maintenance) The knowledge that the Tunerwork’s team possess I believe is unmatched in Calgary.

I live in Ottawa. I reached out to see if I could have an inspection done on a vehicle I purchased online. My original appointment was a few weeks away, I got a call saying there was a cancellation so I took it, the info I received back was so clear, easy to read and understand. I have worked in the automotive industry for more then 5 years now and this is by far my most pleasant experience with a service team. Never had to wait long for a reply on text. Definitely made my decision a little easier. Great work! Thanks again!
