Dr. Monea is wonderful. The admin staff are absolutely incredible! Always helpful and friendly. Emily is wonderful. She noticed a potential issue with the hinge of my daughter's glasses and was able to get them to replace them. This is the best clinic around!

Dr diana is very helpful and knowledgeable. She always answers your question does not matter the time. Wonderful staff and very cool environment. Definitely recommend for any of your eye or glasses needs

I’ve been coming to this eye Center for years and I can’t recommend Victoria enough! She’s always so friendly and welcoming and she’s AMAZING at helping to pick frames that suit your face. I talked to her over the phone and she picked sunglasses that I LOVE even more than the ones I had picked myself. Definitely get her to help you pick your frames. Awesome customer service 1000% recommend. All of the staff are wonderful but Victoria in particular has been fantastic!

Wonderful and welcoming staff do a great job here. My special needs, non-verbal son was really made to feel comfortable. Thank you to everyone there for all your extra efforts.

Shawnee Eye health center has been a fantastic experience. Although there have been multiple hick ups and the Evatik glasses I got are great they look good, feel good and as a first time full time glasses guy, its been great. But the lenses keep falling out the Frames fall off my face and after more than 4 visits back and forth and promised emails, I will update my review based on how a really friendly office really perform to get their client the best. Watch for updates if this is where you want to shop. that was 3 Stars now its back at 5 when the owner sits down and without any sugar or fancy coatings, understood me. I knew her business and staff are at another Level thx Dr. Diana Monea you get its about being heard and having a great experience. I look forward to seeing Ollie On Friday.

Dr. Monea was just lovely! Very professional, and personable - I truly had a wonderful experience. The ladies up front are wonderful too, and made choosing frames a seamless, and stress-free ordeal. I could not be happier with my new look, and could not have asked for greater care from Dr. Monea and her team!

Exceptional service from Dr.Kritzer (Chelsey), Andrea, Ashley & Brianna. Spent almost 3 hours dealing with the sudden vision loss of my 97 year old father while juggling her other patients. Chelsey contacted his previous Ontario doctor, retrieved his medical records, communicating all this to the on-call ophthalmologist at Rockyview, then jointly set up an emergency referral at the Southern Alberta Eye Center. Outstanding medical care c/w a call to our home that evening to follow up. Father received a micropulse retinal laser treatment, same day, with eye center's Dr. Gooi and his team.

I've been coming to optometrists for over 30 years, some have been good, others not so much, this one is awesome! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter, the woman was very friendly and helpful on the phone, when we arrived for her appointment, the friendly, helpful attitude of every staff member continued. Dr. Chelsey Kritzer was so good with our daughter, made her feel comfortable and her appointment was a breeze. They have a good selection of frames and are very helpful with choosing the right ones. Such a great, nice looking office and it's very close to home, we will be back for every member of our family!

Wow! Dr Monea took great care with my eye exam and most importantly educated me on the effects of my current medications on my eye health.She also counselled me on what steps I need to take to protect my eye health due to possible side effects from my meds.No other eye Dr had ever addressed these issues before! Thank you Dr Monea! Also, the front end staff were all very friendly and helpful with the selection of my glasses. All the staff from the Dr to the front end provide a high level of customer service you won’t find at discount eye stores. Will be a regular patient now and I highly recommend this clinic to others.

Dr Kritzer was excellent! Very knowledgeable and great with my 7 month old. My glasses prescription finally feels right after a couple years with headaches from wearing the wrong prescription. Friendly staff and very clean and organized business.
