Service Rep was on time, courteous and thorough.It was recommended that we install a new filter which we will do.Thanks to A1 and its service contract, our 20+ year old air conditioner is still cooling us on those humid summer days.

Serviced a tankless water heater. This heater was dripping at a high and needed service before it became an issue. A1 attended (Theo) and resolved the issue. He was able explain and enlighten us on how to deal with matter. I would recommend A1 to anyone.

This is a wonderful and rare company, dedicated to delivering quality service to their customers. We have been customers since 2017 and are customers for life. They have provided valuable advice and preventative measures to help us save on repair costs by maintaining our HVAC equipment. I just had a service call: job was done to perfection by Brandon, Senior Service Technician. Brendan is smart, knowledgeable, diligent and honest, the best applied technician I have ever met. Our air conditioning stop working at 6 pm tonight. I made an emergency service appointment and had Eric here before 11pm. Everything was fixed and running in less than 30 minutes!! Awesome work A1 and thanks again.

Would not hesitate to recommend. New furnace and A/C and extended warranty purchased in 2016. Warranty requires twice-annual checkups at additional cost, so we have had A1 doing that ever since. The initial installation and the post-install service have been outstanding. We had a refrigerant leak the first year, repaired promptly and permanently, no other problems since. Every service tech for checkups has been thorough, professional, informative, and arrive either right on time or early. Just yesterday, I emailed a request for pricing for filters, got a full reply within minutes with costing and availability - on a Sunday afternoon - what company does that anymore?!

Initially I used them because the ex-house owner installed equipments from them. And after almost 3 years, I strongly recommend A1 to all my friends. A1 to the rescue again! Middle of a heat wave and our AC stopped working, and thanks to our Supercare Plan had a technician out same day to investigate the problem. Eric was professional, courteous, friendly and thorough while also explaining all the steps he was taking to get to the bottom of the issue in a way I could understand. In the end we had cool air blowing again! Highly recommend A1 for their products but their service is next level! Thank you Eric and A1!

Brendon was great in dealing with an issue with our air conditioner. He spent a lengthy amount of to ensure the issue was resolved. A-1 has excellent handling in emergency calls. They came out the same day the 2 times I had an issue. A-1 is great.
