The staff is very helpful and polite. The facility is spotless, and climate controlled. My first time using a rental locker and they made it simple and easy.. highly recommend and I would use them again. The price was also very reasonable.

Such great customer service. My husband called to reserve a parking spot. But on the day that he was suppose to bring the truck in he had a problem with the truck. I emailed them and they got back to me right away and kept our reservation. Harley was very friendly and very helpful. I would totally recommend this self storage to anyone who’s looking. Very happy with the service.

I went to look at two storage units, a 5x15 and a 10x10, and the girl who helped me whom I never got her name was extremely helpful and very nice. She reserved the two units for me so I could ask my friend what size suited our needs more.On the day of purchase, Kevin, helped us with all our needs and brought us through all the paper work. He was very friendly.So far, I have no complaints. Would recommend to anyone needing storage for fair prices.

Absolutely terrible customer service. This facility was previously owned by Bluebird Storage and is now owned Smart Stop Self Storage and they are doing a horrible job with their transition. I have called multiple times to make a payment to my account and they have told me they would send me a payment link and they did not sent a link. I called multiple times and was even being told a changed bill amount. Now I am being told that because the payment date has passed I am being charged late fees. We have also entered a new month so the bill has doubled and I am being told that if I don't pay everything in full I will be subject to more late fees. This is not fair as I have been trying to make the payment for the past two weeks and because of their negligence I am incurring fees. Things were much smoother when BlueBird owned the facility.

Been renting here for 2 years had one unit and needed a second small one, anyways it's a great location for a contractor close to highway 400, home depot, and 2 separate paint specialty stores. The only suggestion I would make to this specific location would be to add a second pin pad on the useless side door to the garage. Why not make it easier to access directly into the garage so we can keep a better eye on our trucks that are left idol in front of the garage door we go inside to open an overhead garage door. If you put a keypad and made that other door a quick access to the garage, it would be alot smarter.

No idea who gives them 5 stars. They should be a shamed!!! This place is so filthy it should be full of insects. Washroom is so dirty worse than public place looks like never been cleaned this should be reported to health Canada!!!They deserve -10 stars. All othere reviews are probably fake or very old

Our rep was amazing. She took her time to answer all our questions. Then she gave us a proper tour of the facility and also was patient with us while I discussed our choice with my wife. Amazing
