Your prices were reasonable and I will be back to rent from you again should the need ever arise. Wouldn't answer my calls, about inquiring on a rental. I called 8 times, then I believe my number was blocked. Terrible service.

U-Haul has a sneaky yet convenient set of useful tools when you rent their products.Don't think they are just giving you that nice dolly in the back of the truck...among other conveniences. Great if you need them but don't break the seal if you do not need.It's like a hotel minibar if you will. Their admin was thinking the day the new 'pay per use' system but then again, dollys aint free and people break them all the time.U-Haul has led the...hauling equipment business with, as their bumper pointing out their (very accurate) low-load heights, and insanely light ramps. Try getting into a basic 3-ton and move compared to these new trucks.I'm shocked at how well stocked our local uhaul businesses are with low notice.They are on top level moving stuff. They have anything for anything.Need a two wheel trailer? U-Haul.Need to move a car? U-haul.Need to rent a gooseneck? Not sure.But U-Haul is always open and friendly as the dickens.They have what...3 locations outside of Redcliff on that one street alone?They must be doing something right...I can imagine the abuse their products take from the general public.All in all I'm sure a massive amount of the population that have or will use a U-haul product in the future.They are expanding at an impressive rate.

0 customer service and when you do get help you would swear it would kill them to smile & be friendly. Very condescending. The girl at the desk is clearly just there for the paycheck. And when she couldnt meet our needs (which we understand they're busy) she couldn't be bothered to offer any solutions or recommendations. While the service was useful we did get a truck by the end of it, it was not a pleasant experience that I would want to recommend to anyone
