I had very stubborn moss and algae problems due to my tall trees shading my house, providing perfect conditions for moss and algae growth. He still guaranteed his company’s work and there was no issues with sending his crew out for another application. His crew arrived on time, were pleasant to deal with, explained everything clearly, worked quickly and were respectful at all times, even making sure the gates were all closed when they left. I liked the fact that they sprayed the roof without walking on the roof, in order to prevent any damage. The Rotban product works quickly. Within a day, the algae is gone, and in a couple of days the moss is visibly brown and dying. I have gotten many compliments from neighbours and friends on how good my roof now looks, huge difference. Rotban… great product, great company, great people. Highly recommend!

The technicians showed up on time and were excellent on customer service and ability. Very polite and considerate! I was worried because it rained later in the day, thinking the spray would run off, but within days the moss on my roof was turning from green to brown. A week and a half later, it's all dead. The person I first talked to on the phone was very pleasant and professional and the technicians that came to do the job were above reproach and went above and beyond to make sure an excellent job had been accomplished. Excellent services and product. We researched many moss removal services - one aspect we liked about Rotban is that the treatment is sprayed on the roof from below- no one walks on or touches the roof. Two years later parts of the roof look new again. We did find a very small amount of moss on a shady spot, I contacted Rotban, they confirmed and retreated very quickly. I highly recommend Rotban, I feel that we received great value for the cost.

The entire gutter cleaning and moss removal process was done very professionally. They cleaned up all moss materials that were dropped on the ground. The quoted price was reasonable. The cleaning crew (Michel and Ian) were respectful and offered good advice. Hopefully, Rotban will return for the 6-month checkup to remove any remnants of moss as per their promise.

The team who arrived to do the work were courteous, professionally equipped and dedicated to their work. They informed us when they found our gutters needed maintenance to prevent the chemicals they use from damaging our lawn, and went above and beyond expectations when they helped us fix the problem!We must especially thank Michel and Jason for their hard work, they made sure my family was satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend Rotban for your moss issues! It was the easies process to book a day and time for the techs to show up and spray our roof and shed. Daniel and Michelle ( I hope I got that right) were both very friendly and professional. When they were finished you wouldn't have even known they were here, their clean up was awesome. Gregg was very responsive in all his emails. When it came to paying, again super easy with no hassle AND if you pay your invoice by e-transfer you save $10!
