My experience with Dr. Syed was good, but I’m leaving a 2 star review for the clinic because of terrible communication. I was given a different prescription than communicated over my telemedicine appointment and when I called the reception to inquire about it, I was told that I had been discharged from the clinic without my knowledge. Terrible patient experience with no communication surrounding transition to family doctor. If I hadn’t called in, I wouldn’t have even known.

I have been working with Dr. Frizen for nearly 2 years. She is an excellent psychiatrist, and has been exemplary in helping me find diagnosis, and treatment. 4 stars because the office sees many patients, and the wait time between appointments can be more than a month. I had one poor interaction with reception where they laughed when I asked if emergency appointments or if I could be put on a cancellation list. (Not good in a time of crisis) Otherwise reception has been very helpful.

Unbelievably kind and caring Doctors, who never judge or look down on their patients. Dr Harper and Paula are amazing, and the work they are doing is changing people's lives more than they know. A great place, no judgements here.
