Took a phone in to have the power plug fixed in late august. I was told it would take less then a week to fix. When i went back in just over a week later to inquire about if it was ready i was promptly told by the woman working that it could actually many take many months to get fixed since it is shipped away to a repair place and will be fixed whenever they have the chance. As of November 21 some 3 full months later im still waiting for them to return my cell phone to me. Their repair service is not recommended at all

extremely difficult to reach, never answer their phone, website is very unhelpful and staff don’t seem to care for business

SCAM. Dropped my Samsung 7 at work, resulting in a crack which made my screen turn purple, and would not respond to touch. The owner of the store told me it was gunna cost $350 because it was cracked all the way through to the last layer. And said if my touch screen still worked it would have been a much cheaper fixed ($80 -$100) so now 1 week later I pull my phone out of my pocket to see that the top right part of my screen is shattered. I didn't even drop it. So today I brought it back to the shop expecting them to just fix it for free as it has only been one week. The owner would not even come talk to me. The lady at the counter said he was very busy" yet he quoted me at $350 for the fix when he hadnt even seen my phone yet. But told the lady that he would cut me $50 off as I was only just in the previous week getting my phone fixed. But this time my phone still worked in everyday possible. Just with a cracked screen

Never returned my call...Not a good way to conduct your Service business
