If I can give them zero stars I would. Don’t fall for these fake reviews on Google. They work with insurance companies that will Scam you, take your money every month and when you need them they will play games with you and ignore you for months. It’s been 3 weeks since my car was in an accident and I still haven’t received an approval from the insurance company that they work with to bring my car to do the body shop. I have no choice but to be driving around in a car that is not safe to be driven on the road for 3 weeks but they don’t care.

I just don't understand how Ken Maynard insurance brokers can have anything less than a 5 star rating! They are very professional, prompt, fair and honest!
