If you want your bike stolen come here. Large groups of people hanging around at night. Bike lockups way out of sight and crowded with people. Clerks will tell you its store policy not to bring in a bicycle for few minutes to make a quick purchase. Love the chicken but won't be eating from this location again.

Everyone I've dealt with at this location has been polite and personable. Except for Jason; every time I'm here he is rude, rushed, and impersonal. The fact that I am in the store seems to be an inconvenience. If it weren't for the rest of the staff, I wouldn't come back.

I live not far from the downtown 7-11 so when I need to make a quick stop i would usually go there... now i dont want to go in there, some of the staff is overly rude and do NOT know how to listen to what the customer is asking for. This happens almost regularly except when i get a member of the staff who is of the same nationality as myself( no language barrier). The most recent happening of overly poor service was Aug 12/17 at 9:20pm.

Was there after 5 pm on Nov 14/2018 some of the Best 7-11 staff I have ever came across anywhere in North America , and I'm not a easy customer to deal with being disabled . SKINNY GAL with all the tattoos goes far and beyond than most in customer service , really not expected from the way she looks Eastview store would learn alot from her

Sketch city here. The patrons of this 7-11 are questionable at best. Definitely not to be trust especially at night. It's hard to get in and out of here with out people asking for smokes or change out the front doors.

Denied service and respectfully explained. Yet wasn't exactly denied, I was walking a dog tonight and the man working on his own at about 12 am. Told the boundaries of the store maturley and responsibly. Took care of my service and concerns. If this man was working alone tonight on Jan 6th 2023 after midnight he needs a raise. If not the other guy need reprimand

Staff are usually friendly. Good deals on junk food. Always ask how long the hot food has been sitting out. Sometimes it's dry and hard, especially the pizza. Staff will make more fresh, but you have to ask. It's safe enough during the day, but I would never go over there after 7:00 pm. Scumbums and druggies hangout.

Just can't get enough of that frozen/melted type of liquid that they serve there in the big old plastic cups. I think it's called sloppy, or slurping, or something like that. All the kids are into drinking them these days and they are most certainly delicious in the most flattering way!

This is the worst 711 in Red Deer especially when the Sun goes down as there are drug addicts just swarming the place asking for handouts which is a no-go if you have children. My experience inside was no better. Manager was stocking the shelves, the cashier was notified there were no straws for the Slurpees and she proceeded to have us pay and even after being asked a 2nd time the solution we got was yea there over there somewhere". Before this i walked up to the rear of the counter where the cashier was talking to a friend and ignored me entirely."
