Shuswap Ski & Board

Mike really took the time to set us up with a board and bindings for our kids and to update the boots and bindings for an older board. He was very knowledgeable and involved us in the entire process. This is a great store to have in the Shuswap.

Good variety of water sports equipment, accessories and clothing. However was quite depleted due to Civid this year. The girl at the desk inside the front door is not fit to be working in retail - At the very least, a friendly greeting towards a customer who walks in goes a long way. She was so attached to her cellphone that we barely got an acknowledgment. However there was a guy also working there also that at least put in an effort to try and sell us something. Owners would do much better if they hired people who are geared towards customer service and have some enthusiasm for it.

The best Waterski/watersport store in the ValleyAdam here every once in while you find a speciality store, you go in and find the owner who is passionate about what he does.
