Hot Scrub Carpet Cleaning

Joe and the guys just left my house and Im so excited! Our little puppy kept going potty in an upstairs bedroom and we didn't know what to do. We had our own carpet cleaner, and even rented one from ace; but nothing worked. Finally we called hot scrub and I can't believe we didn't do it sooner. They were here first thing in the morning like they promised and were out in 30 minutes. They explained each step and I know they did something we couldn't because I saw the equipment they used, and what they emptied out if it! All for less than what it would cost to go out to eat one time! Thanks for the magnet, I'll definitely be calling much sooner next time!

They did a terrible job cleaning my carpet. Took extra money to remove stain. None of the stains were removed and finished their job in 15 minutes. I will never hire them again. Save your money and hire someone else who can do their job better.

I love them! I would recommend them to anyone! They were nice and professional, They came on time, the price was reasonable, they were fast and did an awesome job. I will definitely use their services again!

Very unprofessional they placed a dirty pale in my kitchen sink (which I never seen until then end) to be filled with hot water for the carpet scrubber which is very unsanitary no mounted steam cleaners in truck, no deodorizer and they'll make pay for disinfectant. They left my house with an foul odor and when I called to complain the Boss actually came out to my residence and pretended not to smell anything making up excuses to try to get me to spend more money on disinfectant when my carpet never even had an odor ever. I've been here for 3 years got my carpet cleaned plenty of times never experienced this type of odor only when Hot Scrub Carpet Cleaning left my house. The only reason I went to this company is because they cleaned upholstery which they wiped my couch down with dirty towels. I would never recommend this company to anyone let alone utilize my services with these people.

Scammers do not use. Will tell you one price over the phone then almost 57 more when they arrive. And why don't they just come out and give a quote? because we can't go to everyone that calls us yet you don't disclose to a customer over the phone the potential jacking up the price? Please. And don't fall for the guy who says he uses enzymes to get stains out. amazing that he promised he could get stains out then had him come back then it's oh it's paint and the carpet is burned can't get it out.will not use ever again. Don't waste your money or time."

This guy sucks, and I'm sorry I really never use a foul mouth. Found a coupon that stated free p/u of area rugs, so I called their office. I spoke to a nice lady, but I was extremely thorough, she explained that basic rugs are $15/rug and if it has fringe then it would be $20. I explained to her that they were a bit wet and had been outside the whole week we it had rained in October. She said that was not a problem. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED is there ever a situation where the cost to clean is subjective? Meaning

Took out water stains on an expensive couch that was gifted to us, and we weren't sure how long they'd been there. Two other companies came out and refused to touch it. Generally no guarantees with water stains, but they took good care of us and got them out with no issues!

Wasn't good at all, we receive the call at 8 o'clock in the morning said they were going to show up at 11 a.m. didn't show up until 11:20, so to start things off they were late, which fine that's forgivable you never know accidents traffic whatever then they come in with their equipment, and showed them exactly which rooms hallways and landings had to be cleaned. it didn't take him more than 20 minutes and they were done I would have done a better job if I just went to Home Depot and rented a cleaning machine because there advertisement said shampoo and steam clean and they just steam cleaned. What a waste of time and money....

Great job. They cleaned our carpeting and 2 chairs. Price is good, and they were punctual, tidy, fast, and efficient. Everything looks great.Thanks for a job well done. You will hear from us again.Ralph and Barbara Dixon
