Do not use. Unresponsive after bogus treatment of bed bugs. Used a little spray canister probably from Home Depot. He had no idea how to eliminate bed bugs.The technician came without heating equipment necessary to kill bed bugs. A canister was all he brought. Chemicals do not kill bed bugs. His focus was his phone. My fault for panicking and hiring this incompetent fool. Did my research now on bed bugs and what it takes to eliminate them. And this unprofessional business needs to do the research as well.

I’ve used other companies before and I really feel like Aamir educated me on the problem, explained what I needed to do to get rid of it and actually dealt with it.He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and was the first technician that actually made me feel like he knew what he was doing and wanted to get rid of the problem.I would definitely use his service again. And I would recommend him to anyone! 5 stars!!!

Where do I start....First of all NEVER call a pest control company to perform a raccoon removal job! Please make sure you have a look at the pictures below. We are infuriated with our experience!1) They screened the vents from the inside of the attic piercing the roof with no sealant.2) They used decking screws to reinforce" the vent lids to the base of it which won't do anything against raccoons.3) Didn't have a proper ladder.4) They locked the raccoon inside the attic space and we have to call another company to properly setup a one-way-door.They were nice individuals but if they should have told my aunt to call another company. This job was above and beyond the scope of what they can handle. We wasted $450 with them and had to hire another company to actually do the job!"

Was an all around positive experience. We had an issue with pests in our garage and a friend recommended xterma for the job. They were professional, on time and most importantly effective. Amir came to our home and explained everything he was doing and was super friendly. I would recommend this company and their services to everyone I know. Also worth mentioning that their prices were fair and reasonable. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!!!

Amir is the consummate professional. I felt fully confident in his advice and guidance. It never seemed like he was trying to sell a product but rather was looking out for the best solution to our concern. In a day and age when I often worry about whether I'm getting the best advice for me, I have no doubts about Amir's integrity, decision making and suggestions. I would highly recommend his company.

I have cameras in my home. I was told to leave my apartment. The technician did not spray many areas compared to other companies I have used. I went with Xtermapro because they were willing to come in the same day, rather than the next day with other companies. I would recommend waiting. Paid another company to do the job right.

Highly recommend these guys!Reliable and quality service. Aamir came by to assess our squirrel situation on the roof. He was able to find a solution and came back timely to close off the entryways and guarantee no animals were inside.Unfortunately the last company did not do the job correctly. We hired ExtermaPro regarding our deck . Amir showed up and not only did he give us piece of mind but great customer service . He was very thorough and inspected our whole deck. When we called him he was able to come the same day. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. We would recommend him!!!!!
