Great place, very knowledgeable people. got first aid and CPR training there.

Students are able to choose the course either in English or French. Jessica is a great and knowledgeable instructor, and she taught us many useful skills which are easily memorized. I couldn’t distract on her class, because her class was sooooo interesting and helpful!

J'ai suivi mon premier cour de secourisme avec eux récemment (à St-Hubert) et j'ai adoré mon expérience. L'instructeur (Alain je crois?) était très compétent et pouvait répondre à toutes nos questions en amenant son expérience sur la table (un ambulancier/infirmier des forces canadiennes et travaillant dans le réseau de la santé au Québec). Bravo!

Great training friendly staff

Impact Santé est excellent. J'ai pris mon moniteur en premier secours avec lui et il était l'un des meilleurs cours que j'ai jamais suivi. La formatrice Nathalie connaît si bien le contenu et a rendu l'expérience si amusante et accueillante. Le français est mon deuxième langue, mais Nathalie m'a beaucoup aidé. Cet enterprise est la raison pour laquelle je sens plus confiant comme moniteur. Je voudrais aussi remercier Hugo et Shona qui m'ont beaucoup aidé à m'inscrire à ce cours, parce que je l'ai fait avec peu de préavis comme un étudiant transfert. De plus, l'équipement d'Impact Santé est de haute qualité et l'enterprise prennent des précautions COVID. Je recommande cet enterprise pour tous les cours de premier secours et de moniteur.

La formatrice en secourisme Régine était superbe. Elle explique très bien les différentes situations et les gestes à adopter pour assister une personne en danger. Une expérience inoubliable. Merci Régine pour ton humour qui facilite grandement l'assimilation du cours!!!

READ BEFORE PURCHASING: I had to cancel due to having covid. They refused to refund me and said I can have the date moved. I contacted back, the literal CEO, who was condescending and sarcastic. Essentially, go to the course if you have covid because the CEO himself cares more about his profits than your loyalty. I explained that it's quite literally impossible for someone to know 24 hours in advance that they'll get COVID, that doesn't seem to matter. He said something along the lines of: well maybe if it's emotionally or psychologically easier for you to accept-" excuse me?! That's how you talk to a customer? Absolutely pathetic

Très déçu. J'ai fait la rénovation de ma certification pour mon travail à la Ville de Montréal avec la compagnie Impact Santé. Ça fait plus d'un mois de ça et jusqu'à maintenant je n'ai pas reçu ma nouvelle carte. J'ai envoyé des e-mails et j'ai les appellé à plusieurs reprises. Personne sait où se trouve ma carte et personne sait quoi faire.
