Excellent staff, very friendly. D.K. Is the Best physiotherapist I ever had. He is caring, helpful and very funny. I have been going here for over 6 months and they helped me tremendously to manage my pain. D. K is very knowledgeable with motor vehicle accidents and the impact on the body. They help you with your insurance paper and treatment plan. I recommend them highly. Gabriele and Dianne are excellent support and do anything to help their patients. I really appreciate what they have done for me.

Great atmosphere....very professional yet a relaxed feeling. DK and Ben were quick to assess my pain and prescribe home exercises to strengthen the weak areas. In a few weeks, pain was gone and I could resume normal activities. Thank you both!

My husband and I have had wonderful care from Jessica. Jessica is very thorough and caring. We have had great success because of her knowledge and exercise programs!

I don’t leave bad reviews, but, My wife went in for the free 15 minute consultation that they are offering on their website and they told her they still need to take that down and that the consultation would be $85, and couldn’t do it today even though on the website it states : free 15 minute consults! Come in and get yours today!They didn’t own up so I am leaving a bad review. And she will take her business elsewhere, preferably somewhere where people are a little more honest.

DK is a great physiotherapist, definitely knows what he's talking about. He also makes an effort to get to know you and makes you feel comfortable during all the physio exercises and treatment. I've been coming here for months and making good progress with the treatment they've been prescribing me. I definitely recommend this place!

At the beginning of the covid lockdown I developed a back problem. As soon as I was able to, I booked a session at Physiotherapy Kingston. I saw Mr. Krishnapalan twice. He was great; clearly someone very invested in and interested in his field of work. He was smart, personable, engaging, and knowledgeable. He was a good, clear communicator; he identified what my problem was and explained it to me in plain language, answered all my (many) questions thoroughly, and came up with two exercise plans for me to follow. Within two weeks of using his exercise plans daily, the problem began to go away. Within a month it was nearly all cleared up. I can highly recommend Physiotherapy Kingston; they are polite, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Melanie (not Don).

Dakshan KrishnapalanRegistered Physiotherapist was the most helpful therapist I had. I was discouraged when failed attempts at a previous cookie cutter approach rehab center following a knee arthroplasty was ended. Because of his understanding of the mechanics of the human body, Dakshan helped me to walk without pain and to become more flexible. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have had a very positive experience here. My physiotherapists are great. I've had 2 very professional young ladies helping me out and the rest of the staff here are very helpful. I'm dealing with a sciatic problem and they are all well at their professions and I would tell everyone to come here.
