Best chocolate I’ve ever had, truly! I used to think white chocolate was sickening, then I tried Wallace’s and realized I had never tried real white chocolate before. If I could, I’d have this all the time!

I bought 81% dark bar (Liberia) and 73% dark bar (Bolivia) and they are very good! I'll place this chocolate maker in my top three favorites for bean to bar chocolate companies!
