Totaly waste of time. Most of the time i have to wait in long lines, if they pull you for xray or something then its always gonna be about 1-2 hours, which we are not getting paid. Most of the officers are slow, they just dont want to work, there always delay on the borders which is not good for the truckers

Rude and unprofessional towards fellow Canadians. I would like to remind you that you serve the people, NOT the other way around. If you don't like your job, quit, we are not keeping you. I'm ashamed these people are the first sight that visitors see of Canada. Absolutely embarrassing!

My wife and I went there on the 6th July 2023 to Flag Pole. While there all the officers we very pleasant and courteous. The place was buzzing yet the officers kept a calm and professional demeanor throughout.We were treated in the most professional and respectful manner. The Officer that interviewed us showed a very high of level of knowledge, professionalism, empathy, patience and compassion. He reviewed our case without bias but only on the documents presented.Thank you officer God bless, your heart is in the right place.Shariza

I have been crossing the border for a little over 22 yrs. now: daily, for work. Nexus is a big part of making it possible...so when one of ONLY two (yup, busiest North American border crossing and that's all we have) Nexus Customs lanes is moving cars at 1/4 the pace of the other...well, let's just say it is hard not to ask the question: have you never heard of SLA before? That's right, does Canada Border Services even understand what Service Level Agreement means?

I dont tend to have any issues crossing here. I get sent to secondary every now and then but it's not overly inconvenient. The officers in the booth are usually kind and to the point. Only complaint I'd have is how delayed the border can get at certain times.

While there was a wait, all lanes were open & personnel were invariably polite. They now have wireless DL readers, like U.S. Customs so if one holds their license up the system will read it so as one rolls up to the booth the agent's screen is already populated with all one's info. Speeds up the process significantly
