I have been coming to the pembina Aloha location for many years. The salon is always in impeccable order and very clean. The nail specialists and estheticians are highly skilled and ultra friendly. I always enjoy my “me” time at the salon and highly recommend the people and the services.

I have been going to Aloha Nails for years! Lately, I have been doing walk-in appointments. They always get me in, without complaint, and they do a fantastic job everytime! I'll show them an inspiration picture from the internet, and they go above and beyond to get me the design and colors that I want. It has been awesome to go there (and, it goes without saying, I love the nails I get everytime!)

unprofessional, customer service is zero. I do not recommend. I had a terrible experience. I complained about the length of my nails before the the nail technician started and she didn’t care. I want to do pedicures I had to cancel because of the poor service.

I took my 11 years daughter this evening for putting polish on her toenails and fingernails. She picked two shellac nail polishes. I was charged $60 for toe and fingernails for just putting the polish on (shellac manicure is $35). The new owner gave me $5 discount (of $60) when I told her the previous owner (sister) charged me $12 for toe and finger nail. The old owners couple were very nice! I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE.I went to Tiber River Kenaston right after this for waxing and asked them what they charge for polish change. Apparently, Tiber River which is a much fancier place than Aloha Nails charges $20 for putting polish both on finger and toenails for kids/adults.The owner commented that my daughter received shellac Pedi and Mani which is inaccurate. The owner knows very well that my daughter only received shellac polishes (not Pedicure and manicure).

The nail technicians are good and professional but the manager Kim is very rude, tip conscious. She always wants us to tip her on the every visit even though she doesn’t do our nails. And she always insist we pay cash instead of using our debit card to pay. She insulted us the last time and told us not to come back all bcos we insisted on using a debit card to pay while she was insisting we pay her in cash instead so she wouldn’t declare their earnings to revenue Canada. Each time we go there, we tip the nail technicians and she’s quick to ask for hers. Tip should be a choice and not forced on customers. And the more of payment shouldn’t be forced because it’s a legal way of paying. But Kim gets angry each time we want to pay with debit card all bcos she doesn’t want to declare their earnings to REVENUE CANADA. But the nail techs are very good at their job but Kim is not. And when she gets a review that she doesn’t like, she begs a customer to respond for her which I have witnessed before. Kim is a bad manager.

Had a wonderful pedi done here. They squeezed me in right before close on my birthday when all other shops couldn't. I was so appreciative! Can't wait to come back
