One of best services I have experienced in Canada. Lori amazingly did the grooming service. My kitty was extremely nervous and made a lot of accident during the session, but Lori treated him very respectfully and professionally. Additionally, she gave me the beautiful complimentary collar. Squeak looks so beautiful after the bath, and we’d love to use this service regularly. Thanks a lot again!

Lori did such an amazing job on one of our old girls Chloe. Chloe was uncomfortable with dandruff and mats and Lori gave her a fantastic lions cut and Chloe is as happy as ever! Lori is a professional and is very gentle. We will definitely be returning next time her coat is in need of some TLC.

Lori did such an amazing job on my kitty, Pippa. She is very gentle and very nice to Pippa, even if pippa is a meanie whenever she goes to the groomers. We got a sanitary trim, toe tuft trim, nail trim and brush out and it seriously is a lifesaver for all of us. We will always come back to you whenever we need a cleanup on our fur baby, Pippa! Thank you!!

Lori was very professional, so friendly to me and very gentle with my two beautiful cats. She made them both feel very calm through their nail clipping, ear cleaning, eye cleaning and brushing. Gary and Katie looked amazing when they were done. Her lovely room was extremely clean and inviting. Please book me in every month! Thank you so much Lori!

We have two fiesty Bengal cat that are very active. Lori came to our home and trimmed their nails and cleaned their eyes and ears. She is amazingly gentle but firm. She handled both cats with a professional touch mixed with amazing patience. We highly recommend her.

Lori is amazing! Ive been taking my cat Barry to her since he was a kitten. She’s always warm, welcoming and most importantly very helpful. She’s always helping my Barry boy look his best, she takes great care to make sure he’s as comfortable as he can be and he always comes out looking absolutely stunning. I’ll continue to take Barry to her for many years to come.

Lori's an expert! She was very gentle in grooming and removing the matting that Ginger's developed on her belly! She used to be so stressed out after a grooming appointment and wouldn't want to snuggle with us right away but this time it's different she was just calm and I think she enjoyed it! It's as if nothing happened, except that she's more active because the mats were gone! We'll definitely be back!

Lori is absolutely fantastic with our 2 cats (who don't enjoy being groomed, but let Lori do it)! She is very quick and does a great job every time. Highly recommend.
