Mike and his team did an amazing job, with waterproofing and taking care of my basement as well as yard drainage. Very professional and knowledgeable kept me up with every step they took through the process thank you all and will definitely be calling for more concrete done in the future! Highly recommend mike and his team to anyone on time and finished the job in a timely matter, also did smaller things for me that we had cam across so thank you so much again!

Working with Mike and his team was excellent. Very professional and polite. As a single woman, none of the creepy vibes, condescension, or 'is there a man here i can talk to' (which yes really still happens to female homeowners quite frequently).I had a small issue with my sump pump 1 year after all the work was complete and Mike promptly replied and came to fix my issue. This was by far the least exciting money i've ever had to spend, (to replace an entire wall that was cracked and sliding off of the foundation, all new drain tile, etc.) Mike and his team made this as painless of a process as could be. Also very communicative and considerate making arrangements with my tenants as well. Highly recommend.

We had a small crack in our basement wall leaking some water and Mike and his crew came and fixed it for us. They were respectful, on-time and easy to work with and helped us take care of a few other things we needed too while they were here (like hard wired smoke alarms). After this blizzard and immediate melt, I was worried about leakage but the basement is dry as a bone. Highly recommend.

We moved into our house in October 2020. The month prior, the sellers paid to have foundation work done by another company that is suppose to be very well known and good. Well about three weeks after moving in and getting a good amount of rain, we had all kinds of issues in our basement and foundation. We had three different companies come for estimates, including Frost. Everyone pointed out the same things that should have been done by the prior company as part of their job. These things were contributing to our issues. I called the company that did the work and they wanted a $180 service call fee just to come and look. I explained that the work was done two months ago and have a 25 year warranty. They said I was just over the 60 days for them to come and look for free. I explained that isn't fair since we didn't have access to the house for the first 30 days (waiting on closing and such), also for three weeks I was leaving them messages to call me back (staff is working from home, I get that).So they came for free, did a few things and owned up to a few issues from them. But when it rained again, we had even more issues than before they came. Warranty or not, we're not calling them back since things are worse after they leave. Out of all of the estimates, we went with Frost. Not just because they were the cheapest out of all our estimates, but because Mike pointed out other things that the other companies didn't point out to go along with our repairs lasting. Even after the added things he pointed out, it was still cheaper than the other companies. He and his crew were very nice and professional. Mike is great at explaining things in great detail and has a lot of patience while doing so. When they ripped up our drain tile they found a weird material inside left by the previous company, which made sense on why water was literally coming out of that one drain tile when it rained. We were very happy with their work. Our basement is finally feeling like a good and dry basement for the first time in months!!! We highly recommend Mike and his team. **UPDATE Mike called me and told me about the technical issues and I was able to get the quote. Fair priced and I look forward to my basement getting started. Please be patient they definitely take great care of their customers.Mike was great he let us know the problems we had in the basement and the best plan to fix it. Unfortunately me and my husband still haven't received a quote to this day. We called and texted multiple times to get the process started. I hope my basement wasn't too big of a problem but I still haven't received the quote so I'm a little concerned. Hopefully someone will get the quote out soon. I was looking forward to working with them.

Mike was awesome to work with and his workers were amazing! Fixed 3 cracks, cleaned out our drain tiles and left it accessible for us to clean in the future, and installed a water powered sump pump. They went above and beyond with their services (removed a work bench that was in the way and removed the sink for the washer and reconnected it all once the cracks were fixed) and they cleaned up nicely after all the work is done. Mike was super reasonable with pricing and we couldn’t be happier with the work that was done! Highly recommend them!

Mike and his team at Frost Waterproofing are true professionals. Mike has the experience and knowledge you'd expect and hope for in his line of work, but more importantly, he is honest. Not only was the job done in a professional and thorough manner, but Mike took extra time to share knowledge and wasn't interested in suggesting or selling extra services in the interest of making an extra buck. Finding honest contractors isn't always easy, but Mike and his team are one of them. Would highly recommend and choose them again!

We had a few leaks in our basement after all the recent snow and rain. We decided to go with Frost Waterproofing and are so glad we did. Mike Frost and his crew were amazing. Fixed the leaks at a very reasonable price. Hopefully we are done with leaks but if not, we know who to call. Highly recommend if you have any similar problems that you go with these guys. You will not regret it.

I had an appointment for today at 8am. Yes, 8AM! VERY EARLY! I called them and left THREE messages to please call and confirm thet they were coming. My management company made this appointment almost a month ago and I wanted to make sure that my tenants weren't going to waste their time getting up early for nothing. I was really excited to have them work for me. Their reviews on google are excellent. I checked and they didn't have any bad reviews on the BBB and I confirmed their license was issued by the City of Buffalo. I'm just so disappointed. I really wanted to use their services but they really ended up being such a disappointment. I had to apologize to my tenant for wasting her time!Update: Mike Frost is a class act. After reading my initial review, he immediately contacted me so that the issue could be resolved. It turns out he should not be held culpable for missing the appt, it was the fault of my property manager. We are currently setting up a convenient time for him to visit the property next week. Thank you so much for your professionalism, Mike! Me and my tenants appreciate it!
