Last 2 times we went an hour and half before closing they had No white meat and just said they are not making more so you just get bucket dark.meat at same price same amount ect? They said if they dont have white meat they dont conp or offer anything like an extra peace of dark or anything. Chicken not coated properly sometimes no batter on half chicken and soggy.NEVER get dipping sauces forks ect ever .Can't call ahead to orderDon't bring coupons as there not participating which seems odd since a new chicken joints about to open that sells full menu items all way up to closing .

The young girl is sooooo rude the wait is forever and the fries are soggy and cold and barely cooked the chicken didn't even have crispy breading on it. Never go here, especially if you're hungry.

30 min before close, we got greasy chicken that was kept warm under a light, soft warm fries, watery macaroni salad. All I wanted was coleslaw and while I ordered it, it wasn't put in the bag.Save your money, truly, this restaurant needs more time to figure it out or ownership who knows how to run a restaurantShort staffed is not an excuse. It's truly terrible, every time.

Was excited to have an easy meal near campsite. Did U-turn on hwy after finding the fries were not quite warm. Attendant didn't question it, took fries back. Tasted like the same fries slightly warmer and the chicken strips were not fresh. Too bad.

No Breading on the chicken half of ours you still see the bare skin on half the chicken.Was no white meat available again and they wouldn't make more because they closed in 2 hours. Wait times are long but totally willing to wait if its done correctly, it's never correct.I ate here when first opened other then wait times the chicken was perfect but a month latter it went down hill.Long wait times that dosent guarantee qualityCan not pre order online or by phoneDoes not except any couponsAll that would still be fine if quality was OK but definitely not.Make sure to inspect everything to see they put it in bag for you as there sign says to because they forget stuff and will not put cutlery napkins sauces ect unless you inspect each order and request them.again

Super long wait times- it took more than 20 minutes after I ordered to get our food. The fries were barely warm, soft and unappetizing. The chicken strips were overpriced, greasy, and not at all crispy. They don't take coupons or online deals, you can't order ahead of time by phone or online.

If I could rate it negative stars I would, took 30 minutes for my food, pop was gross tasted rotten, after a 30 minute wait food was cold and gross, wish I just got a sandwich from the gas station, honestly debated calling health and safety because of the pop, and the food came out with black marks from the grill, buddy working there clearly didn’t care, didn’t offer a good resolution or apologize for the rotten pop.

Messed up my order. I ordered three popcorn chicken but only got two and an order of fries that I didn’t order. Fries were cold and chicken was mushy and gross. Loooong wait to get an error order and bad food. Note on the wall says short staffed so please be patient. My recommendation is to hire the amount of staff it actually takes to run an efficient kitchen / counter and pay them a fair living wage, so they actually care about what they’re doing!! What a concept huh? KFC can’t be that hard up that they can’t afford to hire the appropriate amount of staff and to pay them properly! As well, take note that there are no customer service responses from the management to address all the negative reviews here, which tells you clearly that they don’t care at all. Lesson learned, I won’t be back and will support a local family owned restaurant next time and take a pass on these American mega fast food chains that clearly don’t care about anything aside from making money.
