I will never travel without Eleanor's expertise and guidance again. It made our trip an absolute delight. Our experience was nothing short of incredible, personalized, handled with care and detail, and deeply reassuring to have her with us every step of the way. She is truly a wealth of knowledge and gave us an experience we will never forget. Pro tip: if you're travelling with your parents, don't travel without Eleanor. This alleviated SO much stress and thousands of potential questions. The itinerary is planned out step by step. We had to take trains, planes and automobiles multiple times to different cities and my mother was able to refer to this itinerary at all times. This allowed us to thoroughly enjoy every moment of the trip, with every moment planned and explained. I can't recommend Eleanor enough! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a life changing, stress free, illuminating experience. The most illuminating part was how amazing it was to work with Eleanor and how I ever did it without her before!

Eleanor put together a very last minute cruise for us and took care of all of the critical details for us. From managing my husband's allergy to adding my son to the trip a few days before we left, she handled it all efficiently and professionally. We were so impressed we had her book our 25th anniversary in Fiji this June. You are in great hands with Eleanor!

We were a group of 8 (4 couples) and even though we provided Eleanor with some pretty restrictive requirements due to our availability, flight time requests, and budget, she provided us with 3 great resort options. We ended up choosing Dreams Onyx in Punta Cana and it was awesome, and met all of our needs!Eleanor supported us from start to finish, answering all our questions and even gave us reassurance via email when we heard that we would be returning to Toronto in a heavy snow storm (ie. what to expect and who to speak to should our flight be cancelled).Very supportive and great service.

My friend and I planned and booked through Eleanor a Western Canada trip that involved trains, planes, automobiles, winery tours, a glacier expedition, restaurants, hotels . . . Eleanor reserved them all, provided us with a detailed itinerary and a financial report, plus a VIsion Travel app of our itinerary and documents with a chat option. Everything went off perfectly - not a single glitch in any of those details. On top of which, Eleanor was consistently available throughout the process and our trip (if need be), cheerful, informative about whatever level of detail we asked, and enthusiastic on our behalf. We had a truly wonderful trip. I am recommending Eleanor as travel agent to anyone whom I hear is thinking of a trip.

Hello to all who read this review. I have dealt with Eleanor from Vision Travel on many occasions and I can easily say that she is the most reliable, punctual, informative, gracious, professional travel agent I have ever worked with. We had several issues to deal with when Covid-19 happened where we had to cancel several trips which included all the flights, hotel stays and shuttle/excursion bookings. Each booking had it's own issues, especially the flights which were insured but we had to fight still to get our refunds. One of the refunds was just received this past July after waiting from April 2020! Eleanor was there from the beginning to the end and we are still dealing with some of the remaining issues and Eleanor is STILL working with us. I would refer Eleanor to my entire networking circle without hesitation. I know Eleanor will come through and make sure your trip is worry free. Enjoy your trip knowing that Vision Travel has everything under control:)

Eleanor was INCREDIBLE! Due to Covid-19, we ended up booking two vacations with her over a two year period. She was patient, dedicated, professional, knowledgeable and incredibly kind. She was easy to talk to and asked lots of questions to ensure she was searching for vacations that catered to our needs. My husband and I used Eleanor to book us a local 3 day getaway and it was the most amazing trip (even with COVID)!
