Every single time one of our family members come to this store we are treated so well, with patience and knowledgeable solutions. They work hard to get us the best plans for our needs and smiling (under their masks) each time. Rep Bobby was fantastic and so professional with my elderly Mum and I can't thank him enough for going above and beyond with her. Throwing a huge shout out to Tyson at the Sarnia Tbooth store in the Lambton mall for his outstanding service. Not only was he incredibly helpful, he was super patient and kind! To us as well as the agents he had to speak with at Rogers. He was able to correct the problem we were facing with our service and advocate for us to get a better deal going forward. Thank you Tyson, for making a long and tedious event feel as though we were chatting with a friend. Staying beyond your shift and making sure we were comfortable every step of the way! 10/10 ⭐️

I went in to Tbooth at the Lambton Mall in Sarnia and was given the most amazing service from Tyson. He went over and above to help me switch mobile services from Virgin to Fido. He had other customers come in and helped them while also helping me set up my phone. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will recommend Tbooth to everyone I know.

Tyson from Tbooth in the Sarnia Lambton Mall was fantastic. He went above and beyond helping my family with both our billing issues and 3 cell phone upgrades. The poor guy stayed after his shift just to make sure there weren't any issues. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Would highly recommend visiting Tbooth and Tyson. Thanks again, Tyson!
