This is my second positive experience! My big Lenovo was heating up and shutting down. This kind senior who runs the computer service within the laundromat cleaned it out AND updated my whole system as a courtesy. He used to work for IBM. He knows his stuff! My computer runs like a Formula 1 race car now! Thank you!
