When my son's laptop experienced a boot failure, I reached out to Greg by email. He replied within a couple of hours, and once I dropped off the laptop, he quickly confirmed my suspicion that it was a failed hard drive. After I got a replacement drive at a local computer store, he had the computer up and running with a fresh installation of Windows 10 later the same day.Greg is knowledgeable and responsive, and provides excellent value. I'm not hoping to have computer problems again in the near future, but if and when I do, I won't hesitate to reach out to Greg again.

I had an issue with my PC and tried to get in touch with Staples Tech Department. After calling all day and getting nothing but busy messages, I decided to contact Greg and he responded within minutes. Very professional and honest. Provided updates and fixed my PC within 48 hours of dropping it off. Definitely will trust Greg to service my PC in the future!

Greg responded promptly to initial my initial inquiry and in arranging an on-site visit at a mutually agreeable time. Greg showed up on time and spent the time necessary to resolve most of the issues we were having setting up our computer properly (Windows 10, Office 365, Gmail, Microsoft Accounts). Greg seemed as eager to learn as he was interested in solving problems. The amount he charged seems reasonable in terms of time spent and what was accomplished.

I recently had the misfortune of my old laptop failing on me and was extremely concerned some important documents were lost. Working with Greg was incredibly easy, as he quickly arranged for delivery and within a couple days he had recovered all my important files and returned them back to me, along with my laptop. Greg was professional throughout all of our interactions, working with my schedule to arrange drop-off, clearly explaining what he was doing and what the issue was, and all at a reasonable price. Efficient, cost-effective, and a genuinely nice person as well. I would definitely go back to Greg with any future concerns.

I was incredibly happy with my experience with RescueMyPC. Greg took my old external hard drive (that I could no longer turn on) and recovered all of my important data. Greg continued to provide progress updates throughout the process. He was professional and trustworthy, and I certainly trusted him with my private documents. He worked quickly as well. I will certainly be in touch in the future for any computer needs.

I found Greg through a Google search on local computer repair services and decided to reach out after reading all of the previous positive reviews he received. I can echo what others have said - Greg responded quickly to my initial contact, he was professional, courteous, and identified the best solution to my Windows 10 update issue.
