Missed that fine print on the flyer and not sure why singles are NOT being extended the same appreciation, or without the negative, why we are being charged a premium to meet our nutritional needs. It pits my freaking frugal" gene against my "eliminate waste" gene. Eliminate waste won today. One of each is all I need I'd post under corporate if I could. This store is large

This store always has horrible customer service they do not care about their customers. When when I asked to speak to a manager, they basically said it's not their problem and on top of all that every time I ever come to the store I can never get everything on my grocery list. Their stock is always awful. They are lucky they're in a small town, and the choices are limited. I would love to never ever come here again.

Every time we visit this location there seems to be 1 till open and at least 3 cashiers standing around the self-serves talking. We don't mind using the self checkouts for a few items but not every time. We saw an older gentleman today looking for service and they just stared at him and adjusted the closed sign on the belt.Staff is friendly enough if you approach them, but they're not very inviting or forth coming in customer service. Would be nice if they seemed more interested in helping customers than socializing.

What happened here?This used to be such a nice store. I went out of way just to shop there. But no more. The employees have a bad attitude - makes you feel like they are doing you a big favour by letting you spend money in their store. The owner need to step in and fix the problem.

Mackay's NOFRILLS New Hamburg
I stopped by on the way home from Stratford. I only had 2 minutes to go and pick up 2 items which I was able to grab quite quickly. I found the young gentleman in the produce department very knowledgeable regarding the Kale salad, which I found quite refreshing compared to other grocery stores in Kitchener. Great customer service. Keep up the good work.

Scanning code of conduct … yes or no . Online and at register says they do but 16 year old girl says they don’t. Gray hair rude cashier takes a phone call in the middle of scanning my items , new person takes over and double scans 15 dollar item. I have been going to this no frills since it opened easily spending 150 a week. I have spent 6 to 8000 there a year. I am out, good luck with your business Dave.

Love that I don't have to pay for the carts and its a way nicer store than kitchener... Worth the drive for friendly staff and clean store with a lot more stock.

Shelves are bare. Often sells out. I can get over that however. Today, went approx 530. All self checks outs full. No cashier's open. 4 employees standing/leaning up against the end of the conveyors having a loud personal conversation. Couldn't pay because the help light was still on. Was truly not happy with today's visit. I'll make a point of going to another grocery in future

Their prices are fair. However, their produce often has mould on it and their dairy products, you must check the dates. They often have items on the shelves that are expired!
