Heure d’ouverture mal approprié au gens qui travaille

I went there to pick up a package (twice) & the woman working their was very, very rude to me both times. The first time she was rude because I walked in at 5:03 (but the door was unlocked) & I only had a picture of it the paper that Purolator left, that said Purolator & my name & the tracking number on the picture. So I had to go back & more attitude because she sent it out 3 times (not by my request)& the tracking number on the picture. The woman had shoulder length dark brown/black hair, glasses on a chain, & was about 5'5-5'7". She has very poor customer service skills that why I'm only giving 1 star"

J'ai emporté mes pantalons en jeans qui avaient des trous au niveau des genoux pour les faire réparer. Ils m'ont chargé 6$ par trou, le résultat est tout simplement affreux. Je pensais qu'ils auraient mis une patch mais ils ont cousu dans tous les sens et n'importe comment. Je ne retournerai pas à cette place.
