Lima Automotive exceeded my expectations !!!! I work on Land Rovers our shop does a lot of work and Defenders, which is how I met Levi. He told me that he could get me a Defender and the price was really good so I ordered one for a build. I was expecting that the truck would be like every other Defender I have seen, in need of work which would be perfect for me to use as a base for a build. Levi delivered my 110 and it is in way better condition that I was expecting.

After much internet searching, we came across lima automotive last week. Seven days later we are the proud new owners of our full restored Defender 110! We couldn't be happier! Levi and his team were very informative, helped us at every step of the way. Highly recommend

My review does not reflect if you should buy from Lima but my experience.At first Levi and Lima were amazing. Friendly and very informative. Issues came to arise after I received my vehicle. Even though I received my safety, the car was not done. There was so many issues with my safety including my steering wheel that was was so far leaning to the right, there was no way they worked on it. There were many other issues that I found after the safety it was bad.There were other issues that got resolved that I will not mention but was not happy with.If you buy from Lima, here are my suggestions:-If you are buying a RHD vehicle, expect your insurance will be double the price and you will have an extremely hard time getting insurance for it. Lima said nothing about this and even with a perfect driving record, my insurance was $450/month from $129 from my last vehicle.-Insure the safety is done right and possibly have another shop look it over. They might have gone to a different shop now so I cannot reflect on the Current situation, only mine.-My paint job was not good on my truck and a few months after, paint was falling off all the way to the metal. This was not Lima's fault but it was an issue that cost me over $4000 to fix months after purchase. Each defender is its own vehicle and this might not reflect any others.My experience was amazing to start and ended very sour. Just do your due diligence from the items I said in order to get the best defender from Lima or from another importer.
