The front receptionist is the most rudest person. Not sure who owns the business but needs to know that having her is not helping the business. She doesn’t listen properly to customers needs and her tone of voice is very argumentative. I know she’s been there for a while and I meant to to post this a long time ago but thought that somebody will notice and she will improve her attitude towards customers.The guy who delivers is super helpful and respectful towards the customers

Highly recommend this store. Customer service is excellent. They don't care if you're a regular person who isn't in the cleaning industry, they will help you all the same. The staff are patient and friendly and this is the perfect place to get your cleaning supplies.

The lady working the front of the store is rude. She's probably the same employee who was rude to me over the phone when I called, too. I wish that there was someplace else I could buy the product I need. If you have to shop here, brace yourself.
