The Crate Escape

We’ve been with Kourtney of The Crate Escape since December 2012, about 18 months, and we’re extremely happy with the service. Our two dogs anxiously await Kourtney’s arrival each day to the trip to the park. Our dogs get lots of exercise when they are out at The Crate Escape. Our dogs have also boarded with Kourtney and had a wonderful time. Whether on the daily pack walks or when boarding dogs, Kourtney is very observant of their health and activity levels. She communicates with us regularly by text, email, notes and phone as appropriate. Kourtney has worked steadily to improve one of our dog’s recall and social skills with great success. Kourtney was patient when introducing our new adopted dog into the pack. Kourtney is extremely reliable, professional and responsive. She cares for our dogs as if they were her own. We think Kourtney is a treasure and we feel lucky to have such a wonderful dog walker.

I am so happy with the service provided by Kourtney and Victoria at Crate Escape. Leo loves his time with these two ladies and all his pack friends, and I know he is being well looked after and entertained while I am at work. Appreciate that he can have a play, a swim and do some agility instead of just lying at home waiting for us to get home. Also love getting the picture updates on my phone.

These ladies ROCK. I mean, in a seriously awesome way - we are SO happy to have found them. We just hired Victoria for pack walks, and already our dog gets excited at the sight of her. The Crate Escape staff are totally professional and knowledgeable - I had wasn't even expecting this from a dog walking service. Mind = blown. Right from the get go; the initial contact, the start up/meet & greet, the knowledge they have about dogs; they keep them engaged during the walks and don't just leave them wandering off. They send photo texts, and communicate daily about how things are going, and make an effort to introduce the dogs in the pack in a safe and welcoming environment. They even wax their paws for you in the winter and give them treats. I know my dog is in good, caring hands when she's with Victoria, and that she loves her little escape while we're at work. Best dog walking service ever!

We have been with The Crate Escape for about 6 months and would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone. Victoria and all of the girls working for her really care about every dog in the pack. They have been flexible to accommodate our ever changing schedule and definitely go above and beyond the call of duty. It feel so great knowing that our pup is in good, caring hands.

I Can't say enough about the Crate Escape! I recommend it to anyone with a furry friend. Duke loves going to the Crate Escape private dog park! He is now in great shape and much more content. The ladies are amazing, I know Duke is well taken care of when he is with them. The best part of the Crate Escape is they pick up your pup and drop him off. Couldn't ask for anything more!

These guys are awesome - I can't say enough about how great they are. I feel completely confident that my dog is safe, cared for, and having a blast every time she goes out on her pack walks. I know she has had a ton of great exercise while she is out with them, and I can tell by the pictures I get daily that she is fully enjoying herself. I have used other dog walking services in the past, and Kortney and Victoria with the Crate Escape are by far, the most professional and worth while I have encountered. Incredible value for your money, and peace of mind. They love dogs, they're great with them, and it shows - the dogs love them too. Highly recommended - best in town for sure, and probably the best in the whole world :-)

The crate escape had taken care of my first dog Loki ever since I came to Airdrie. They treated him well, learned his temperament and managed him in a way I've never seen anyone accomplish, which says a lot with all the mistakes I made training Loki. When he passed they went above and beyond to make sure I had every photo they had and they kept in touch during my 'year of morning' until I could bring another puppy into my life.Now they are looking after my new friend and they have done wonders with his socialization and training. They even take the time to hose the little munchkin off because they know I work night shift and he's going to run right up into my bed when they drop him off. These girls are wonderful and you can never go wrong bringing your pups here.
