Abdul at Tech Emporium is the absolute example of incredible customer service. Never any question where we go to get our phones serviced. We also purchase all of our phone cases and protective screens here AND get advice on technology for which new phone is best (and he sells them too!) Abdul always has a friendly smile (behind the mask these days) and conversation while helping you out. No question, you need to use Abdul for all of your electronic needs. (Those 5 people out of 222 people giving one star reviews obviously aren’t happy with anything, ever.) We have gone to Abdul for about 20 years, he legit sold me a case for my first Fido phone with snake on it. We will continue to recommend him to everyone we know.

5 stars isn’t enough! Excellent and HONEST customer service! Apple told me my computer had water damage (which I told them it didn’t) and was trash. Ended up being some loose and stripped screws and an improperly installed battery which came loose. Apple Mapleview is the only place to have serviced the computer previously. I literally nearly threw my computer out. Tech Emporium I cannot thank you enough!! You saved me a ton of money!!

The team here is fantastic. They went above and beyond to salvage decades of memories for me from a crashed external drive. Their bill was much lower than what I expected or what I was prepared to pay.I would and will recommend Tech Emporium to anyone needed repairs or tech support.

Amazing! A few months ago, I had dropped an Android off at a repair place in Mississauga. Not only couldn’t he fix it, but he practically destroyed the phone. He claimed it was too far gone. Recently, because I needed info off the phone, I took it to my regular repair place in Burlington. He claimed it was too severely water damaged and he couldn’t get needed parts. I started researching places to get the data off the phone which led me to Tech Emporium. They had the phone repaired and back to me in one day. I can’t believe the job they did for me. Lifesavers! Tech Emporium was up front with me regarding costs and advised me every step of the way. Needless to say, I have a new go to place for my tech needs. Thanks Tech Emporium!

We use to live close by but now live in Cambridge...still prefer to bring cell repairs here. We had a 2 hour window and they were able to squeeze us in for an iPhone screen replacement...came back in 75 min and it was done! Always great service when we need it.
