Don’t go to this beach unless you call them and confirm they are open and their system is not down. It’s frustrating to get there when they say on the website they are open but they are not! I got there, they said their system was down and they didn’t offer any other option for people to access. After I insisted they blamed the weather. But it’s not the weather because it’s sunny and very hot! It’s a shame!

Wanted to give 2.5 Star. Reaching this place is a pain. Do not know if this is a temp situation or it’s always like this. You can’t drive here, or at lease we could not find way (again could be a temp thing). Finding the shuttle bus was hard. Man made beach pretty small. There is an obstacle circuit I. The water which was $60 for a family of 4.

Clean beach with $9 entry fees. Age under 2 years is free. Accessible through STM just right in front of the beach. Good space for car parking for $20 whole day and $14 for two hours.Water is clean and lots of chairs and table to relax along with shade.Washroom is clean and they have two food truck (sausages, burgers, poutine) and other for drinks.

The like provided a nice escape from the heat, and my kids (7 and 9) loved Aquazilla while I stayed on my towel under the trees. Do not drive. The parking lot is difficult to find, so far away that you have to rely on a bus (comes every 15 min) to take you to the beach. Plus, then you have to pay for parking.

Free beach in Montreal. Perfect place to spend the day with the Family. It has a beautiful view of the Saint Lawrence River. With some historical landmarks.

An absolutely ruined afternoon. We only came here because it's close to work, and we wanted to relax for a couple of hours before going home.First, the website didn't say anything about there being no parking close to the entrance. We spent 30 minutes driving to the beach (Google Maps indicated that there was a parking lot right in front of the entrance - wrong!), then driving to the assigned parking lot all the way at La Ronde, waiting for a shuttle to the beach, and then rolling back in an unhurrying bus.The water was muddy, with the mushy sand floor and lots of algae, to the point where they were a hindrance to swimmers. The sand strip was narrow and wet despite a scorching hot day. Not fun.Paid $6 for a 75 gr ice cream bar. That's in addition to an almost $10 entrance ticket per person. The overall feeling was of not really neglect, but definitely poor management.Going back to the parking lot was a special treat. First, we had to wait for 40 minutes for the shuttle, and then it turned out that it was going to the metro station only. We all had to get off the shuttle there and wait for another bus going to La Ronde. How ridiculous is that? It's been exactly one hour since the beach was closed, and I am writing this while still on a bus, going to the parking lot when normally it would take us less than 10 minutes of driving to get from the beach to La Ronde. Not to forget that parking is $8.75 per hour.Like, how difficult it is to put an advisory that there is no parking? We literally lost an hour and half on a weekday evening when time is limited to begin with, and overpaid the total of almost $20 for a couple of dips in muddy slops.Never again.

9$ entrance for an adult but totally worth it. The water is refreshing. Lots of kids during the weekends, I guess there are less during the week.
