The customer service and management has fallen to a disgusting low over the past few years. Good food, but notably terrible managers and extremely poor attitude towards their customers overall. Would avoid this particular location until their team undergoes some constructive education in the customer service field...

I felt sorry for the staff. They were run off their feet trying to keep up with orders. There were apparently machines not working and I think the manager? forgot to tie back her long blonde hair.The place was very clean and one young lady was quite fast yet efficient in her cleaning :)Great job ladies!I hope their management is able to get things repaired and hire more help for these hard working ladies (and cooks in the back) soon.

Decent food. Very clean restaurant. Courteous staff. This is the only fast food burger around worthy of your patronage. We like to upgrade to onion rings. Fair price to do so comparatively. Use their app and/or coupons.

Good burgers and fries. The kids love coming here. Ice-cream is obviously decent with quite a few variations available on some items. Not the cheapest but that seems to be the case everywhere these days. Like small fries and two medium blizzards are $20, for example.The ice-cream cakes are also popular with our family. Pretty tasty if you like a lot of sugar.The staff is very friendly and even brought our order outside when it was ready. We walked over as a group for a birthday party after our session at the Otter Outdoor Experience. It's only half a block and turning left onto the Fraser Highway can take an extraordinarily long time.

Clean, kind and good food. The staff were so nice that I had to tell the manager. I understand that most of the staff were new and I told him that you can teach people anything but kindness comes from within, you can’t teach that. Our family will drive from Langley just to go to them, even our little guy noticed how nice everyone was. Great Service
