I had an horrible experience. I sent 442 lbs parcels from prince rupert to yukon, they said it should be reach within 5 business days and i got my stuff after 21 day’s. Also I got my boxes are damaged too. I never recommend this to anyone.

Very friendly staff.Although, I've noticed there seems to be a communicational error between staff. I'm not sure if it is system related or if it's an internal issue.I've recently had freight delayed, when it came in I was told it would be out on a truck later that day. The next morning I'm being told by dispatch that I should be expect it the morning after, then found out later on they managed to get it onto a truck that same day. My co-worker received a call and was told it was around 20 minutes out, then a hour and a bit went by before it arrived.I don't mind the wait, but I do mind being told different things each time. I would appreciate more consistent estimations. Under promise and over deliver as they say.

most drivers are great to deal with and any time I have had to phone the depot the ladies that answer have always been helpful to resolve whatever issue I call with
